I’m struggling because I have TMJ lots of tension and my face muscles are to tight and it messes with my tongue placement it feels like I’m fighting myself while trying to sing : (

SO HELPFUL !! Oh my gosh. Thank you. My tongue was feeling exhausted with me trying to manipulate it in the back of my throat and I thought “well, that’s that. I have a defective tongue. Clearly.” 😂

When i sang i never thought of my tongue…i just practiced and sang until i got the chronic throat clearing (allergies) which messed up my voice and caused me to think too much about tongue and caused tension…😂 and i probably got a polyp/ nodule in my vocal cord
