I'm not a crystal girlie but this might just convince me to become one. I'm obsessed with how the amethyst looks like a little rocket ship flying in outer space.
You don't have to use them meta-physically, rockhounding and collecting is fun and you can do it in your backyard or at riverbanks, I have millions of jars full lol
I actually like the opalite one specifically without the opaque background, the "endless" feeling (as you put it) works there and I feel you love the opalite against the background. The other ones are better with backgrounds, though I'm on the fence about the seascape one, I like them both
I was going to comment the same thing. Without the background, there's more depth to the "clouds" and glitter. The one with the white background just looks flat in comparison
I really appreciate how Katie always goes out of her way to acknowledge other creators and the inspirations for her soaps. No idea is completely new and unique in 2023 (and that’s the beauty of community and info sharing), but it’s great to give credit where credit is due and share the love with other creators.
Katie, I have to really appreciate the positivity you have towards Melt and Pour and your willingness to embrace the unique nature of the medium. So many soapers look down on MP and as a long time MPer (and a short time Cold Process Soaper, going on 1 year!!) it gets irritating seeing them poopoo it. We have room for all of these soaps in the community :D (really cute soaps, by the way! I've had fun making crystals out of soap and then embedding those into MP loafs)
Great job, Katie! I am a MP Soap Artist and I am so happy to see you helping to rid the stigma MP has gathered over the years. The brand really matters as far as what you can do and quality of the soap. Looking forward to seeing more! PS: I've watched your channel for years now, even though I have no desire to try CP, but I just love learning about it and watching your journey. 🙂🥰😘
I used to make M & P soaps, and I have just started them up again. Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but if you spritz your soaps with rubbing alcohol in between layers, you'll get a better hold. I remember not doing this and my layers came apart. 😢.. Your soaps are absolutely beautiful!!!!
Ohhhh my goodness... to borrow your own phrase I am *obsessed* with both the sea turtle and strawberry soaps! Just adore the concept of a little scene in embeds (and I honestly can't decide between the two sea soaps - they're both beautiful for different reasons). I'd also 100% buy the amethyst one, have always loved the glitter of the Diamond soaps and this design with the crystal + stars feels like a really gorgeous level-up from there.
i love the see through ones without the opaque back! definitely a big fan of having a lot of clear parts, its just so fun but also the amethyst starry night one just aaahhh gorgeous
Oh my gosh, they are so so pretty!! I love the under the sea one (I prefer the one without the opaque background) and the amethyst? Wow. Such perfect soap bars
The smoky quartz in the sea themed bar was so pretty!! I liked it without the white background because it looked so much like water but either way, they're gorgeous!! That glitter placement is perfect!
WOW, Katie! These look so pretty. My favourite is the amethyst because it's my birthstone and it just looks like it's shooting through space!! I also love the turtle one with the back - has so much more depth. Love from the UK
I love the amethyst one and the white one. I think the rainbow one is really pretty but I'm not a fan of the orange, I think pink, green, blue and purple would look better for than one. Good job Katie, I just love your videos they always make me smile
I love the videos where you show your experiments and “fails”. You can tel us all the right things to do, but also seeing all the ways to mess it up are so helpful
this makes me so happy. melt and pour is the only type of soap I can make right now just due to space and they make great gifts. I love the designs you came up with
Thank you for your positive attitude on melt and pour soap. I haven't been MP soaping for that long, but the attitude of a lot of cold process soapers towards MP had been really putting me off of the soaping community.
I am obsessed with the amethyst soap! The colors and glitters make the most gorgeously perfect outer space bar. I'd buy it immediately. The sea turtle was my second fave.
Love the opaque background, love the stawberry soap, and LOVE being brought along for this experiment!! Ill be trying some melt and pour designs soon after watching this!!
Ooooo I have NEVER seen Strawberry Obsidian before, SO pretty!! I am a melt and pour soaper, I love that YOU still learn while doing melt and pour and you share WHAT you learned. Great and fun video Katie 🥰
2 months late to this video oops but similarly to the opalite also used in the video, the strawberry obsidian is a manmade stone. There are a lot of manmade stones that are pretty common especially in tumbled form or in jewelry that usually are made to imitate more precious stones (though I'm really not sure what the strawberry is trying to be). Sometimes though it's a natural stone that is dyed to imitate another (ie. howlite dyed blue to mimic turquoise)
My favorites were the amethyst, strawberry and turtle. Super cute ideas starting there. These could make an interesting palette for your Secret Soap series!
Feeling so incredibly honored to have been your source of inspiration for this project! I have watched your videos for years so this truly is amazing! The turtle soap is incredible!
I love the new direction your channel is taking. I do like watching the cold process, but it's reallynice to break it up with other things like this, or craft kits, candles or just anything else fun.❤
Loved this video!! Seeing how soap can be used to have such a clear glass like appearance is just so beautiful. My favorite one was either the dark purple crystal galaxy or the sea turtle one! Thanks for making these soap videos and sharing your art of soap making with us Katie! It's always a highlight of the day for me. Warm wishes!! 😊
The detail in the underwater one was awesome, but the cloud in the amethyst one was also stunning! I think the marbling was done so well it would compliment every design lol
I'm normally an opalite kind of person, but I absolutely love the sea soap, especially with the opaque background, it kind of adds to the depth of the soap and gives the bar 'layers'
I like these, they are cute. It's fun to see you try this out and also to see a soap video much like your usual ones, but with a different soap variant!
Both underwater soaps are pretty but the amazing thing about the one with the opaque background is it's still so clear! It almost looks like you CAN see all the way through it.
Love the see-through ocean bar. ❤ I also like the strawberry and the black and purple soap. They are all simply gorgeous 😍 You did a fabulous job Katie!!
Visually, I like how the strawberry and ocean ones look the most, I think. I love the thicker clear piece more than thinner, and the lack of coloured background even tho I loveeee the blue colour, bc I like that it's clear like water for that one!!
I like them being translucent when it comes to the water underwater scenes! adds to the setting! don’t have a preference with the others as much since they’re so cute either way!
The sea turtle soap is my favorite! Living on an island where snorkeling is my husband’s favorite activity, I’m drawn to that one the most. And I can’t decide if it’s better with the opaque background or without!
I love the all white opal ones! Very elegant and classy and rich looking. The purple galaxy is a very close 2nd. Under the sea ... I love both, see thru is just so cool & fun but the opaque really shows details. Thanks this was fun change if pace video!! Congrats on Eras selling out!!
Melt n pour makes these soap look so magical. If i were to buy those, id want one of each besides the multicolored 1. But man i love how magical they are.
I am a diamond soap buyer. I loved the sea one that was clear and the strawberry bar, also clearer one. I love that you made these, I know I for one am a fan of the smaller bar but like that these had designs as well.
Well done, Katie. You're so creative! I loved the amethyst and the opalite ones. They looked more classy. I also prefer the turtle one with the opaque background. Love as always xx
I love it! I do make my own regular soap bars, (I usually buy your shampoo bars) but I am really drawn to the purple and black amethyst one! Dramatic and beautiful. The soap loaf melt and pour sea scape bars you made quite a while ago were my favorite there, those were a lot of fun. I think you embedded little fish toys in that one? These are very cute bars Katie and crew! Have a great afternoon all 😊
I have purchased a bar from Crystal bar soap. Her coven is awesome. The owner is so sweet. The bar was amazing. Her coven inspired me to become a soap maker. I love the horoscope line. It sales out so fast.
The sea soap and strawberry soaps are my favs! If it weren't for the fact that I have soooooo much materials for other "hobbies," I would for sure get into melt and pour soap making.
i LOVEEE the strawberry and sea soap!! the strawberry shortcake vibe was there! and the sea on reminded me of finding nemo. love watching you experiment 💞💞💞
I'm not a crystal girlie but this might just convince me to become one. I'm obsessed with how the amethyst looks like a little rocket ship flying in outer space.
The space-soap is just so pretty!
The other ones are better with backgrounds, though I'm on the fence about the seascape one, I like them both
Ooooooo we love this perspective! Now I want to just leave it and make more! haha
I preferred that one without the opaque background too, I loved how light and airy it was.
Yes, I agree with this. Perhaps you could play with various colours/sizes of glitter to get the depth you're looking for?
I was going to comment the same thing. Without the background, there's more depth to the "clouds" and glitter. The one with the white background just looks flat in comparison
Yea I def like that one more as well

The banded amethyst is amazing! The sea turtle is also adorable.
Those are the two I’d buy too!
Banded amethyst is called Dream Amethyst :)
I really enjoyed seeing the see-through underwater soap! You did an amazing job ❤
I agree. It looks like a fish tank!
That was my favorite too
Sorry I can’t resist a pun it’s SEA-through 🥹😂

Thank you so much! You have my upmost respect! xo
@@RoyaltySoaps thank you so much! And ditto! 😍
I spritz mines and the layers came a part...I brought my clear soap at JoAnn...maybe I should get a better brand
I’m leaning for the ones with the opaque background. You can see the rest of the embeds better. They are all very pretty well done!
I agree! Especially for the ocean themed one. It gave the background so much depth, its like you are underwater in the seabed.
The sea turtle one is just too cute. I love how it looks like a snap shot of what someone could see diving.
Ohhhh my goodness... to borrow your own phrase I am *obsessed* with both the sea turtle and strawberry soaps! I love how supportive you are! also anyone reading this, you need to try her shampoo bars - they are the BEST!
I love the detail of each soap’s color scheme matching with the chosen crystal. Very clever!
WOW, Katie! These look so pretty. My favourite is the amethyst because it's my birthstone and it just looks like it's shooting through space!! I also love the turtle one with the back - has so much more depth. Love from the UK
The amethyst and sea with clear background were my favorite ❤
I like the opaque back turtle. Makes it look more 3d
I tend to agree!
I *love* the ones you can sort of see through. It looks more like water, which is perfect for that theme. These are so gorgeous.
I love the marble galaxy look of the amethyst one so much!!
My daughter and I do melt and pour as a hobby and we love it. We're also HUGE fans of all your cold process soaps, especially the Eras collection!!!
I love the clear back on the turtle soap, but the opaque looks better on the rest!
this makes me so happy. melt and pour is the only type of soap I can make right now just due to space and they make great gifts. I love the designs you came up with

You're such a kind and gentle soul. It's so sweet of you to share your experiments and observations with others. ❤
The amethyst and Smokey quartz ones are pure works of art! These are beautiful, Katie. X
I love this concept! My favorites were the turtle and the amethyst! Continue to push that envelope and trying new things!
I love watching you try new techniques, and hearing what you learn! The strawberry and sea soaps are sooo precious.
Feeling so incredibly honored to have been your source of inspiration for this project! I have watched your videos for years so this truly is amazing! The turtle soap is incredible!
That amethyst soap is stunning and I would buy several of those. With the underwater soap I like the see-through effect better.
I love that strawberry soap omg. so elegant and cutesy at the same time
I love the new direction your channel is taking. I do like watching the cold process, but it's reallynice to break it up with other things like this, or craft kits, candles or just anything else fun.❤
Ahh, how sweet of you to offer the bundle again! I saw it, and decided a real Swifty deserved it. But how fun to have it sell so well!!
These might be some of the cutest melt and pour soaps ive ever seen! I’ve never wanted to make soaps more!!!

Thanks for showing us that "fancy" soaps doesn't have to be lye and such chemicals etc. These are BEAUTIFUL!!!
I'm so excited you are doing another round of the party pack! I just pre-ordered mine 😍
The amethyst, the sea themed, and the green aventurine I would buy now! So pretty
I like these, they are cute. It's fun to see you try this out and also to see a soap video much like your usual ones, but with a different soap variant!
Both underwater soaps are pretty but the amazing thing about the one with the opaque background is it's still so clear! It almost looks like you CAN see all the way through it.
The strawberry ones look so adorable!! I’d love love love more fruit or berry themes with this idea
I like the amythest one the most (especially that it looks like a night sky). Could be something to expand to include all the birthstones/colors.
Birthstone soaps are a brilliant idea! A new spin on the cold process bstone series from a couple of years ago.
The sea turtle (with the opaque back) and the banded amethyst soaps were my absolute favorite!!! Gorgeous!!!!
I've been having such a soap making slump, but this has totally inspired me!
watching you pour the amethyst soap was my favorite part of the video! so pretty
I'm obsessed by the turtle sea one and the purple ametist one! They look incredible!!!
Amethyst one looks like space/galaxy! ❤❤❤❤❤
The underwater sea soap was my favorite, I would definitely buy it! My second favorite was the strawberry soap. Beautiful!
Melt and pour is great! I make it and love it! Fun and easy.
Your soaps are beautiful, love the strawberry and turtle ones.
Love playing with melt and pour and crystals. So glad you tried it and love playing around with it also.
I LOVE all of these designs!!!!!! They’re so cute!!!!! Especially the amethyst and strawberry ones!!!!!
the sea turtle and the strawberry ones are so cute!!! i prefer the one w/ opaque backgrounds!
The opal soap without the white layer is my favorite
I love all your soaps and I love watching you make them and your family.
Melt n pour makes these soap look so magical. If i were to buy those, id want one of each besides the multicolored 1. But man i love how magical they are.
The amethyst and the sea soap 😍😍😍 i think i prefer the sea soap with the opaque back, it makes the colors prettier!
I am a diamond soap buyer. I loved the sea one that was clear and the strawberry bar, also clearer one. I love that you made these, I know I for one am a fan of the smaller bar but like that these had designs as well.
I think this is the best release I’ve seen yet. Soooo much variety
The under the sea and the amethyst is absolutely beautiful!
I AM OBSESSED WITH THE TURTLES
I actually liked the opalite one without the opaque background. I'll take it if you dont want it! 😁
I would love to see more videos creating melt and pours!
These are very cute bars Katie and crew! Have a great afternoon all 😊
I loooove the amethyst one. Purple and black is the perfect combination
Love love love the amethyst and the smoky quartz see through!
Finding Katie again after months of not watching is so fun!! I have so many videos to catch up on!!
Really enjoyed watching you create with melt and pour. This was fun! Thank you.
I love the opal soap. It's so sparkly and airy ❤❤❤
I love the strawberry soap and the amethyst swirl!
The clear all the way through sea turtle soap is amazing 🤩
I would definitely buy the sea crystal ones. I have a friend that LOVES sea turtles and she would absolutely go bonkers for that soap. :3
Love the amethyst and the opaline one... Understated but beautiful, keep the stones as the main focus.
I really love the amethyst and the see-through underwater ones!
I have purchased a bar from Crystal bar soap. Her coven is awesome. The owner is so sweet. The bar was amazing. Her coven inspired me to become a soap maker. I love the horoscope line. It sales out so fast.
Yes, I have seen a lot of melt and pour to Katie. Love the sea soap
They all looked amazing but honestly the opalite and the bamded amethyst ones were my favourite 😍
Love the Opal one! Also the pne with the Amethyst, the sea turtle and strawberry!❤
The strawberry one!!!🥰🍓 It reminds me of those beautiful gelatin cakes; so pretty!
What a fun adventure! I love them all but the sea turtle soap - either version - is gorgeous.
I love the see-through sea soap. Also the strawberry and the amethyst.
The sea soap and strawberry soaps are my favs! If it weren't for the fact that I have soooooo much materials for other "hobbies," I would for sure get into melt and pour soap making.
i LOVEEE the strawberry and sea soap!! the strawberry shortcake vibe was there! and the sea on reminded me of finding nemo. love watching you experiment 💞💞💞
the turtle ones have to be my fav soooo cute and the ones u cant see through are my fav
I like the opaque back with the Sea Soap. That one is my favorite!
I love the strawberry, amethyst & sea ones! The sea one if you sold it could be called "Mermaids' friends"!💜
