The sexual joke wasn't a big enough deal even when grouped with her other issues. However her other issues were a big enough problem that the company had to terminate her. The biggest being the illegal pirated games. That's something even indi streamers wouldn't do, because it could land them in hot water. Piracy is illegal period, and that was likely the deciding factor that pushed Niji over the edge. Well, that and revealing internal information, as well as falsely stating she was sponsored. These are damaging to the company itself, and is why she needed to go. Hopefully she learns from these mistakes if she ever goes independent. But given her inability to change for a large corporation, it's likely she'll wind up in a lawsuit at some point down the road for similar activities.
@@Boyoyoable @Xanlee Game emulators are legal (well kinda, it is a bit of a grey area), if you buy your own cartridge (for example), and buy special hardware for rom dumping, you can make a copy for yourself (this is legal to do as long as you don't share it), if you then got permission to stream it (somehow, doubt any company would be friendly enough to let you do that) you could perfectly stream a game on a third party game emulator Of course, as you can see doing this would be extremely complicated, but it would still be legal, the issue with emulation is that usually nobody bothers with making their own dumps and they just pirate (which yeah, I don't blame them)
So, the three things you listed: Piracy: "I used to play romhacks." Internal information: "We have perms for Hogwarts Legacy, but EN has been told to not play it because of the controversy." Oh, and she was one of the clique's nepotism hires, which is why she didn't get fired sooner. You all knew that part, right?

All my intention of supporting that dirt bag of a company is gone. It aged so badly that I can only see disgust of myself trying to protect this undefendable thing.
I don't intent to help Sayu in any way, because I have my own reasons as to why she said some things that are unacceptable, even if they are accounted for. But I won't be the one to rally a raid against her. She suffered and is still suffering for it. I'm not the one doing it, I won't make it better for anyone harassing her, not will I make it better for her. Some things have worse consequences than others. So I will just watch.
The way they worded "training about compliance" feels like they were talking about giving behavioral training to a pet, this seems like it's the fault of both sides, Zaion for not even trying to fit, and Niji for not even trying to work with her ( I know they said they did... but that was to look pretty in the overall picture). They dog pilled so many reasons on her (some extremely stupid and most have been broken by many other livers) just for the sake of it (at some point they were blaming her of shareholder problems and accusing her of being sponsored when that was clearly a joke...) But seeing that long list really shows she just wasn't fit for the corporate world, and the corporate world wasn't fit for her, overall this is the best result she can now re debut as an indie vtuber and will probably find much more sucess.
You don't joke about being sponsored when you work for a corporate VTuber company. None of the other Niji members are dumb enough to risk harming the brand doing that. And as far as other companies go, you ever notice that Hololive always makes sure they list all the legitimate sponsors, or rights to play a game, and collect revenue for streaming it, and all the permissions that came with it? These aren't independent streamers that can joke around, and not end up in court for a joke. Corporate sponsored Tubers however can end up in court, and likely would if the company they joked was sponsoring them, took legal action for false claims.
People always mention how other livers broke the same rules as her, but there’s one thing to remember: they were told by management afterwords to no longer do that, and she was too-yet she didn’t listen. Not to management, not to her genmates, not to anyone. Plus she got all the rules broken by other livers in a month, whilst they did over a spanned out period of time.
@@FantasiephilosophRaku Did I say that she deserves harassment and doxxing? No, because she shouldn’t get that. I dislike what she did, but I don’t think she should be doxxed.
I don't know if it's okay to ask this but... what do mean by illegal pirated games?
@@angelinaxiong-yang3952likely game emulators I could definitely see that as a no go for corporate rules
@@Boyoyoable @Xanlee Game emulators are legal (well kinda, it is a bit of a grey area), if you buy your own cartridge (for example), and buy special hardware for rom dumping, you can make a copy for yourself (this is legal to do as long as you don't share it), if you then got permission to stream it (somehow, doubt any company would be friendly enough to let you do that) you could perfectly stream a game on a third party game emulator
Of course, as you can see doing this would be extremely complicated, but it would still be legal, the issue with emulation is that usually nobody bothers with making their own dumps and they just pirate (which yeah, I don't blame them)
So, the three things you listed:
Piracy: "I used to play romhacks."
Internal information: "We have perms for Hogwarts Legacy, but EN has been told to not play it because of the controversy."
False sponsorship: "This stream has been sponsored by Dee's Nuts."
Are these quotes someone should be terminated or sued for?
Now at the present. Kurosanji is a black company and she knows it well. That's why she didn't change. I'm not a ziaon fan but she know something that we don't at the time. And she handled it pretty well tbh.
I wonder how many of these are actually true considering anycolor's now proven penchant for lying about this kind of stuff.
This hasn’t aged well..
Niji needs better background checks on those they will employ to see if they match their standards and not waste money on models that will get used very little and thrown away
Oh sweet. My daily Niji drama, can't go one day without em
I really like Zaion model(Tsundere & Simpable) and voice it really match with her vtuber avatar. Sadly, despite the company tried to save her there's nothing they can't do if ever the person isn't compliant.
I really liked her model but that's all since I didn't watch her a lot, just during her debut and in clips. I'm glad niji gave us the reasons and it's really unfortunate
IF she debut as an indie and talk sh*t to niji based on her past behavior, they can sue her for defamation lol 😅

Well it's other way around
I too, am sponsored by Deez Nuts
So she was a normal person. Good to know.
There's those Shotacon jokes too
I hope she doesn't decides to make something stupid after this. Unless the new fans that started “suportting” her after her suspension make something crazy. I feel like she would’ve been better as an indie or maybe not with Niji but rather pippa’s branch
although zaion did some pretty shitty things, half of those reasons are actually dumb and actually accidentals, mishaps, or miscommunication. If you’ve seen zaions point of view, for the false sponsorship, the false sponsors was “Dee’s Nuts” as a snack for a stream. For leaking, all her genmates were releasing theirs so she automatically thought I can do it too cause everyone else is. But no. That also happened with copyrighted songs. But yes the sex joke was a fat no no.
Ok now talk about Uki’s blatant racism
How did you mistaken a fucking Deez nuts for actual sponsorship!?
She is entertaining and fun to watch, but I also witnessed some red flags from her streams, It doesn't bother me but I understand where the Agency stands in this case.
I saw someone else report on this and I kind of took it with a grain of salt thinking it may be some cancel culture thing as I'd never watched the vtuber, but after hearing it in more detail here I get it. My goodness...
I seen VTubers terminated for less than this. How was she around for so long with those bucket list of strikes?
She wasn't "around so long" she was only around for a month before suspension
Seems that someone just willy nilly signed a contract without reading it, or just plain ol ignorant of it and just do whatever she wants.
I only got to know her after she was temporarily suspended (at the time). But would love to see her debut again as an indie or in a different company.
a straight to the point vid, thank you
Whenever I hear people talking about Doki, they're talking about Doki. Whenever I hear people talking about Sayu, they talk about drama. I find that a little ironic because one was probably the hardest worker at Anycolor and got fired the very millisecond she was suspected of being a liablity, while the other was fired after three months only because she proved too difficult to work or negotiate with.
Oh, and she was one of the clique's nepotism hires, which is why she didn't get fired sooner. You all knew that part, right?
1:03 kinda make sense... Nijisanji probably didn't fund game for their talents
I liked her personality and even the way she speaked, so energetic, at this point i think it was on purpose to be fired but who knows but i hope she returns under a new name to RUclips or other platforms
She’s acting very selfish. I wished she didn’t join nijisanji and instead started on her own if she doesn’t like listening to her coworkers/bosses. Her actions would be liable on herself but she affected innocent livers with unnecessary drama and attitude in private.
Welp... maybe she is just not for Nijisanji. I do hope people redirect me to her if she has an older account and I seem to see in some comments she is just going back to it. Thnx in advance.
It's very easy to find specially because she had a sizeable community but if anyone feels lazy
Sayu Okami
Any sort of reason is better than none. Real fans will not blame her as fans always forgive. Haters will just drop hate and go anyway. At least fans know why the good time has to end, and for F-sake it hopefully not gonna hit Anycolor price even more. Fans will support her anywhere she goes.
Why are these comments felling bad for zaion?? She used an alt account and liked posts that hate/defamed on other livers, literally jokes about se*ual as*ault, lied to her co workers and gen mates. Why the sympathy?? If anything It should go towards xsoleil and finana they’ve been affected by this the most
That’s what’s bothering me in this whole comment section they’re all feeling bad for her but she’s literally lied to her coworkers and company liked comments that That involve people talking shit And saying mean things about her coworkers and even when they told her multiple times to stop making sexual jokes about liking little boys She deliberately still kept doing it, and when she got fired, she took advantage and manipulated Finana who considers her as a friend Like this woman does not deserve sympathy she deserves to get fired, and to be hated
@@Vartis1270 welp, youre the definition of a close minded individual who gulps anything up and take anything as 100% truth without even looking but sure, believe in a company with 0 credibility and in spineless gutless cowards who decided to talk trash about someone online when this person already got terminated and cant defend herself or else she will get sued. Idk, i find that a little off-putting and weird personally. Regardless of Zaion's bad behavior, it would be like "Oh well then all of these models are a waste then, let's recast!" when some graduate. XSoleil still has plenty of talents that are probably more deserving of attention. What game is that?
It's called slipstream
The way they worded "training about compliance" feels like they were talking about giving behavioral training to a pet, this seems like it's the fault of both sides, Zaion for not even trying to fit, and Niji for not even trying to work with her ( I know they said they did... but that was to look pretty in the overall picture).
They dog pilled so many reasons on her (some extremely stupid and most have been broken by many other livers) just for the sake of it (at some point they were blaming her of shareholder problems and accusing her of being sponsored when that was clearly a joke...)
But seeing that long list really shows she just wasn't fit for the corporate world, and the corporate world wasn't fit for her, overall this is the best result she can now re debut as an indie vtuber and will probably find much more sucess.
