      @@eddieelie4978 Most SIBO patients have dysbiosis. Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium are the "good" bacteria that help with the dysbiosis and promotes healthy regularity. I've seen good success with both of these bacteria as well as Spore based Bacillus in SIBO treatment. Prebiotics need to be avoided in SIBO, however.

      Rajsree you miss one thing.
      The main cause of disease is not food.
      In my opinion. Hippocrates says eating when you ill will feed illness.
      In conclusion. When we in the state of chronic stress the body trying to heal that stress by increasing inflamation at that point our digestive system is very weak at that time we eat any food which further increase inflamation that moment IL6 IL18 glucocrticoid also goes very high glucocrticoid + insulin makes more fat accumulation in belleys and around organs. Which further increase inflamation.
      My opinion food is not at all cause
      We can eat any food when we are happy
      Dont eat foods when we stressed out
      Physical or emotional stress.
      No diet cure disease well.
      Go away from stress thats the the thing and eat healthy

    Again, hard to stop watching Dr. Rajsree's videos. They are amazing. And for those of us that continue to go from doctor to doctor to doctor frustrated, Dr. Rajsree almost makes us our own doctor to try to navigate GI stuff. I am almost ready to travel to Cali for a few months just to have her be my doctor. Not too far from Arizona, so I will see maybe :) Maybe she will do some private consults in the future to maybe read through current lab tests we have had done, yet our gastro's are clueless when I bring the labs to them about stool tests. Mine said they have never seen any test like it, and they cannot advise so they said to see about a functional doctor :) I think Dr. Rajsree needs to become the new medical ambasador for the United States to keep us all healthy, as well as actually train the rest of the gastro's out there that need to start looking at helping patients with SIBO, Cdiff, IBS, etc. Hope Dr. Rajsree does some videos on Cdiff natural remedies, as well as eating plan if a person had Cdiff and SIBO at the same time from antibiotics :) Keep up the amazing work Dr. Rajsree. My tennis clients love your videos as well. Everyone keep sharing Dr. Rajsree's videos if you want to try to get your gut healthy!

    I've been binge watching a lot of your videos and they have been extremely informative and I hope to carry a lot of information with me when I am a nurse practitioner one day. For myself, I am currently battling and undiagnosed issue. I have a hx of endometriosis, fibromyalgia, PMDD, eczema, anxiety/depression, and EBV. I've always been petite but suddenly gained 10 pounds within a few months with no changes in my day to day routine. I was on Slynd OCP at the time but came off thinking the weight gain was from that even though I had already been on it for 8 months. My PMDD was too severe so I had to go back on bc and we did loloestrin this time while also taking 50mg of sertraline. I was having severe skin inflammation and itching and my constipation was worsening. I'm now seeing a GI who thinks my symptoms align with Celiac and SIBO. Celiac bloodwork was negative and we are doing the breath test for SIBO soon. If that is negative then they want to do endo/colonoscopies. I also have all the symtpoms that align with estrogen dominance. If I have SIBO then I will be purchasing your supplements and following that regimen before taking antibiotics. However, I would also like to ask my GI doc about the Genova Diagnostics stool test you mentioned in the "How Healthy is Your Gut?" section of the video. What specific test name should I ask for or what information should I bring to her if she has not heard of it? I went to their website and found the Microbiomix test... is that the correct one? I am curious to see my beta glucuronidase results with my hx of endometriosis and dense/painful/fibrocystic breasts. I am having a hard time getting on GYN to order my hormone labs since I have regular periods. Thank you for all that you do!

When I cleaned this up I still had sensitivity since I work in public sector where some products might seem heavy so I don’t know. I recommend using real geranium oil on skin in forearms for balancing as I do find the hormone imbalance crates anxiety for me.

I also started intermittent fasting, eating my food in the correct order and moderate low intensity exercise. This combination healed my inflamation, sorted my weight and boosted my energy levels. I agree with most of what she says. But for me I prefer to eat mostly a fruit diet. She talks a lot about vegetables but hardly mentions fruit. Fruit feeds your good bacteria and is the easiest food to digest, and is a lot more cleansing than vegetables. Also I've read that another good treatment for sibo is iodine, as iodine is very effective at killing all kinds of bacteria and fugus.

    Congratulations for this lecture! I am a university professor in Canada and a question has arisen about your presentation. You said that tomato has lectins and therefore is not suitable for people with intestinal problems. However you recommend cherry tomato in the anti-inflammatory dish. Do cherry tomatoes really have less lectin than traditional tomatoes? I would like to read an article about this if possible. Thank you very much!

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  2 года назад +2

      Great question. Ultimately the lectins in tomatoes affects everyone differently. So some people tolerate them just fine, while others experience abdominal symptoms or joint pain. Often removing the seeds and slimy part of the tomato can reduce the lectin burden. On the flipside tomatoes have antioxidants like lycopene. So it’s hard to categorize tomato as entirely bad because of the lectins alone. Great to hear from you.

I got operated for that also , now fistula is not active , approx 1 year I was on antibiotic that tym....my inflammation is still very high, but there is no blood in my stool , doc have given me remicade injection , initialy it worked but now it's not working ,infact my symptoms increased after injection , now I have stoped injection...
