I'm an old time Ken Levine/Irrational Games fan...from the very beginning with System Shock through to Burial at Sea - I'd like to say I've walked the walk with his style of story telling/gameplay and have the right to comment from a position of experience on the works of others who offer 'tribute' - and THIS tribute earns my highest praise. You've made something wonderful from something wonderful that captures the essence of the journey we've all taken. I applaud very loudly...Cohen would be proud.
this feels like the TRUE ending to BioShock. it feels like Elizabeth gave jack the chance she never had. and that some of us chose to save them, that was the dent, the fact that it wasn't all just a wheel of violence and blood, but chance and choice. and it feels like she gave that to jack and everyone else behind those doors. this video opened my eyes, an amazing feat of work and I hope this video explains and shows just how much long time fans have missed or don't fully understand. amazing video, loved the work.
I love this. It makes think about Bioshock. And it make feel sad about the game because if think about it Bioshock is a sad game. The ending of burial at sea episode 2 almost made me cry.
Allan Lane yeah, bought the collection the other month Beat Infinite again, then was like oh, never paid burial at Sea. Maybe there will be a happy ending. Nope... Fuck no...
I remember seeing this back 6 years ago when it first came out. It gave me goosebumps then and it still gives me goosebumps now. Amazing work as always!
Oh man, I've been waiting for this like I've been waiting for big game releases or even movies, you man deserve a medal and here's a big, massive bow from me. Love ya man, keep on doing these amazing videos!
***** Man this video is probably the best thing that a dedicated Bioshock fan could get. Spreading this video with all my bioshock loving friends. This is my favourite video atm, hands down.
That was... AMAZING! Bioshock series has always made me tear-up this tribute especially. Tip though, maybe at the beginning :26 start with the words Burial at Sea in that Rapture greenish blue and have them turn to red to make it more ominous. Since some of your stuff of DA, too. Great work. PS To anyone watching this video for the 1st time, do in in 720pHD. It takes longer to longer but is infinitely more awesome :D
Anime Girl Amy One of the early edits had the text start white then change to red, but in the end I chose to go with the blue/green fade since the other 2 videos have their titles in white (but don't shift colors), so I wanted to have at least some consistency between all 3. Glad you enjoyed the video! : )
First song is, "World on Fire," by Les Friction, the second is, "The Way," by Zack Hemsey. Just FYI, I accredit each song I use in my videos at the end of each video, in this case at 9:04.
2024 and this is still one of the best game series ever made. Bioshock. Masterpiece.

This would have been the shit.
BioShock Infinite still sucks today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that any BioShock 4 game doesn't suck. But, I'm not holding my breath.
