Mode operation instructions:
1. click the button -- flashlight is turned on with last brightness -- press the button, brightness ramping up -- release and press the button again, brightness ramping down
2. flashlight off, press the button -- moonlight mode (0.2%) [This brightness will not be remembered]
3.flashlight on or off, 2-click the button -- turbo 100%
4. flashlight off, 3-click the button -- strobe
5. flashlight off, 4-click the button -- tactical mode, only 100% , 4-click the button again to quit tactical mode.
6. flashlight off, 5-click the button -- voltage detect (* means "flash" , ** stop****** means 3.7V, )
7. flashlight off, 6-click the button -- normal ramping mode switch to 4 modes 1%-10%-40%-100%
8. flashlight off, 10-click the button -- Lock mode, The flashlight will flash once under any operation, which means the flashlight is locked.10-click the button again to quit lock mode, Please note that this is the only way to unlock.

Question for you: based on your experience, which of these do you prefer? Fenix TK20R V2.0 or Acebeam P16, 17 or 18?

I like the swappable optics in this light. I put the 3 degree optic in and it increases throw by a lot but still has good spill
I like the smooth beam. Prefer it to the harsh cut off of light on many flashlights.

I do like convoy flashlights. Olight are getting over priced . I have most of the Wurkkos flashlights range, and half of sofirn range. Time to build up on Convoy.😊

The tint on these 70.3's is really impressive, the beaded Tir makes it awesome

I don't really like anything below 4500K for outdoor use. for indoor use, I'll take a fire tint!
Curious what the difference is between the R70 and the R9050?

R70 - more lumens lower CRI
R9050 - less lumens higher CRI
@@hificat101 R9050 is higher CRI, I like the R70 tint though.
I have the M21F. Same thing with the slow ramping and slow button response for clicks.

Is it possible to see the run-time graphs for the other levels, in order to understand how much the battery lasts in real life scenarios?
I just don't have the time unfortunately or I would. Occasionally I do both a High and Turbo runtime graph, but only for 15 mins.

There are automated systems for plotting runtime graphs...Tim Macmahon has an open source project for Raspberry Pi.
I'm not a fan of Convoy's MAO lights with electronic switches. MAO doesn't have a physical lockout like standard anodized aluminium. You only break the circuit by taking the cap completely off, as I found out with my S21E.
Technically all of their MAO lights have this issue, but the ones with tail clicky switches have a physical lockout with the switch itself.
Im totally getting one of these.
I just nabbed myself one, though mine has the FC40. Love that LED even if it's inefficient.

Hopefully. Seems to hold up ok compared to other MAO finishes.
