A Video You Didn't See Series
Tonight Maymay visits a really cute project... shirt and tie card~~~
So gather up those supplies and let's create~~
Suit shirt invitations~~ • Suit shirt invitations
~~Measurements~~
Shirt Card Base:
(1) 4 1/4" x 11" piece of cardstock, score on the 11" side at 5 1/4... yes score at 5 1/4"
Shirt Front Mat:
(1) 5" x 4" piece of pattern paper
Collar :
place the base in the trimmer at the 1/2" and then cut down 1 1/4" and then move your blade to cut up 1 1/4"
Collar Back:
(1) 3/8" x 4 1/4" piece of pattern cardstock

Tie Template:
(1) piece of cardstock or acetate that is 4 1/4" x 1 1/4"
on the 1 1/4" bottom find the center at 5/8" and make a pencil mark
mark on the long sides at 1/2"
on the top 1 1/4" side make a mark 1/2" on each end

Tie Knot:
(1) 1/2" x 1" piece of cardstock
make a mark at 1/4" in on both sides

**IMPORTANT** After making this adorable card, I found it wouldn't fit in an A2 envelope. That is probably why the original video said to cut a half inch off the base.
