ive got a 335i m sport e93 i still love it years later, hardly ever get the chance to drive it it only has 31,000 miles from new 10 years old, but when the weathers just right dropping the roof and going for a cruise is always sweet...

The car is the best bang for the buck and can make 500 hp with some minor mods and an ECU tune. Love my 2013 black on black 1 of 370 made world wide very rare and fun to drive car. Fun fact only 3,500 were produced world wide as compared to its M3 brother which had a production run of over 43,000 E9x chassis, I believe it will be the one to collect because of how low the production numbers are.
How certain are you that only 3,500 were produced? I ask because I just picked up a 2013 with 50k miles and have been trying to find info on the exact number with my spec. I’ve seen online people say it’s between 3.5k-7k made for the North American America. Trying to get to the bottom of this lol.
@@BeamerIS I got the numbers from google which states only 3700 coupes were produced between 2011 and 2013 and a total of 4500 including convertibles because a large sum of these cars have been wrecked the true numbers are even less than the factory or google states very rare BMW. More rare than the 1m which over 6500 were produced
@carguy379 Well it weighs 3,600lbs and only has 320HP and does 0-60 in 4.7 seconds. Something doesn't add up either it weighs less than the curb weight or it has more than the 320 suggested horsepower.
however, today some of the newest 3 series have a single turbo like the new 328i wich has 4 cylinders from now on... its 2 liters if i remember correctly...they claim 240 hp
No Spare Tire!?!......I dont know about everyone else but I would rather put some sweat into a good 15 minutes of changing a flat tire then wait an hour for a tow truck
1:05 LOL Yea the M3 is SO "Boy Racer" LOL. Oh man. Can you even think of a car that is NOT at all a "Boy Racer" type of car that is a sports car? The M3 is CLASS! All the way! It's under Stated and refined it doesn't (I'm talking about the E92 E90 Models that would have been available at the time of this review here not the newer 2015 and up) show it's self as a flashy big WANG hood scoop "Look at me look at me" type of car. Actually your church Pastor could own one and no one would think anything of it except that he's driving a nice four door (E90) sedan or if he's single he could have the two door and that would be the extent of his "Showiness". LOL.
Exactly it drives me crazy that I have heard this touted as everything from a way to balance the weight better and a cost savings for BMW. Its ridiculous RFTs are not a good way to justify not having a replacement tire. This shows me potential lack of intelligence in the design of the car. This would be a serious consideration when thinking of buying or not.
lol are you one of those people that believe in the marketing department "twin power" advertising? It's a single turbo with twin scroll lol. A technology BMW use since 2006 in the Cooper S & JCW.
One of the last good looking BMWs
this guy has a million-dollar voice.
Still own my 2013 335is. Makes a healthy 450whp and daily driven. Love the DCT.
was wondering I could daily a 420 bhp n54 , and you gave me some confidence!

oh man, the black one John is standing next to at the beginning is the one I want. That thing is awesome!
the 335is has the N54 not the N55 so yes, twin turbo
@noriceformeplz , 370 lb-ft of torque at only 1500 rpm is what makes that 0-60 time possible
This car is a gem, sad they made less 335is than the regular 335i.
That's a good thing for 335is owners though;)

There’s still the M Performance models (like the M340i sedan), which pretty much serve as replacements for the IS models.
Get this car and throw in the $800 JB4 mod and you have a 420hp car!
Brent Arnold send me a pm info I'm interested I have one of these!
Explain how lol
Just got back from a work trip. I have the money
+Brent Arnold This car is a beast with JB4. Had mine installed for about a year now with the fmic, downpipe and chargepipe from BMS.
+Johnathan Carman order on ebay. n54 jb4..... did u do it?
Is that the engine on the 1 M?
And now they cost $20k for one with 40k miles
My grandpa used to drive an E92.
@noriceformeplz and where do you get that from?
What happened to the video of the 2008 BMW 135i? Would love to see that video!

370lb-ft overboost for 7 seconds.

in 335i x-drive option

Great review. Thanks!
What is the difference between this and the 335i M sport package?
@noriceformeplz its the torque from the overboost probably
My future car 😉😉😉
Did it happen?
The ///M3 killer
which one?
I like this car
and i hope add x-drive in 2012
John would freak out if he knew there was no oil dipstick
love it throw me that jb4 mod too.
it has a "blacked out grille" YAY!
twin turbo??? i think has only 1 turbo? N54 has twinturbo but n55 only 1
Did you watch the video you idiot
335is has N54
@HEROYWE
production ends in 2012
2013 new gen
The 335is ran from 2011-2013
This thing make much more HP than 320, makes around 375 or more.
If i get that car and tuned it and give it bigger turbos and it would be much faster than the M3!! too bad im poor and i can't afford it "sigh"
The land of quirky electrical systems and high spare part prices. Almost like they are guilded of gold or something..
funny I just bought mine only for 24 thousand lol best money spent
same engine of 1m

My grandmother said she had her first baby in one of these.
I have a 435i wtih MPPK coupled with JB4, catless DP, AFE intake, AWE exahust that runs low 12s... I get 24 MPG, so yea, I bascially have a Prius
For that price just get the M3

its actually a single turbo twin scroll.

No it's the n54 motor (twin turbo) not the n55 motor (single turbo, twin scroll)
