You’re my new favorite Ableton teacher. Learned more in 3 of your videos than in all the vids I watched about the program since I started 10 years ago. Keep it up! Btw: did you ever figure out what was causing that click on the note glide?
Automation and modulation keyboard workflow seems to have been completely removed now. They've even deleted that section in the release notes. Hopefully they bring it back it was bomb!!
All they've done is play catch up because they're really behind. Everything Live is releasing all other DAWS already do and have. Live is the only one that's really behind.
This stuff is nice. I don't understand why some basic stuff that has been available elsewhere, for years, is not implemented yet. Oh well, still I love Live enough to patiently wait whilst making music.
Ya, a lot of the features in 12.1, were mentioned by us and voted on during the Live 12 beta, before 12 came out. They changed nothing before they dropped it - now the new changes are actually coming from the community. Still wish we could have more than 7 in collections, which was one of my upvoted items on my list.

When you MIDI map a MIDI Transformation, is it mapped to only that specific clip? Or the currently selected clip? Or all clips in that track?
great video thanks a lot man
“Talking to a fan” that’s what we do back in the 80’s 😂

So many workflows improvement.

For some reason my automation keyboard shortcuts are not working. Is there a secret to this?

inverting the selection was possible from before with ctrl+i (or cmd+i), just like in photoshop.

When is this officially releasing?

Unfortunately 12.1 uses a lot more CPU than 12.0. About 10% more CPU.
Good video spoilt by children in background - sweet
