    You were supposed to wash the side without pre wash as well, so we could see the difference in how clean it would get compared to the pre wash

      Anything over 5LPM is ok :) find a good trigger :D

      @@OnTrackDetailing suppose the screen wash is a factor of it but even still the wiper doesn’t put much pressure on the glass so for it to be that effective is great engineering

      Hello, the way to achieve this is to remove the mineral deposits from the water
      You can do this by processes of osmosis or de-ionisation :) Look up some filter systems in your area.

    I always use the cheapest car shampoo available and fill it into a foam sprayer. Spray in the whole car, shower it, then again use some foam and a washing glove and then shower it again. Completed. Cost me a few cents per wash. How good is your pre-wash fluid for removing insect leftovers? Because insects are the only thing i cannot remove completely with my method.

      @andreas.2 it works quite well for bug splat.
      Any all purpose cleaner or stronger pre wash/snow foam will help.
      This is not my product please note I do not sell it 😅👍🏽

    Actually i think citrus pre wash from valet pro is a very weak product. I prefer to use a quality apc that does a much better job in the pre-wash proccess

      I appreciate your opinion. I think it is quality product, and find it works well :) we all have preferences and products we like and dislike ☺️
      Between this and a snow foam such as Bilt Hamber, there's very little dirt remaining.

    Best prewash in the world is Vasco Prewash. It even dissolves the tar and rinses away freely. Awesome stuff

      @@OnTrackDetailing It's actually a huge timesaver, especially on cars that have heavy tar. It's hugely popular here in Ireland but comes from Sweden. It's highly in Eastern Europe as well.

    It’s safe to use an APC suck as super clean. Just make sure the car is cool to the touch and have a canopy out.

    Ive used this valet pro before. Very strong. Stings the eyes when you get blowback. Really does work. Actually, it's better than the autofinesse citrus power. But i had my doubts over the very strong mix. So stuck with ACP.

      It's not that strong I found 😅 but then again I work with chemicals all day.
      You can always dilute down more if you wanted, but it's never damaged anything. Good cost effective product 💚

      No, these kinds of cleaners are fine for ceramic coating
      (When I say ceramic, I am referring to a "proper" ceramic and not a "ceramic wax" or similar product - Coatings actually like a ph10-11 clean now and again!)
      Beside it is better in my opinion to reduce any coating or wax than not pre wash and risk extra swirls during wash

      Hello, yes it is, for ceramic coating. It may affect traditional wax or sealant more.

    When using this pre wash and then snow foaming the car, do i need to add a sealant/wax/ceramic coat? Or can i just Pre-wash and snow foam?

      Sealant and wax etc is for protection. At the end of the wash after any polishing etc.
      You can just pre wash and snow foam which is for cleaning. 😀

    The other half without pre wash should've also been pressure washed to see the difference. This doesn't show the power of pre wash.

      It's a Kranzle K7 TS with Kranzles stubby QC lance. You can get similar lances for all jet washes. 👍🏼👍🏼

    Would you say doing this every week or maybe every 2 weeks is safe for the paint in the winter time?meaning to use that Valet Pro Citrus Pre-Wash?

      Yes, you will have no problems. Totally safe product when used as instructed.
      It may strip your wax or sealant sooner, it is OK on ceramic coated vehicles .

    Why do you need to pre wash a car before you wash it?

      By using a pre wash you loosen the caked on dirt.
      This allows it to be removed contactlessly.
      By doing this it means that your next pre wash steps (such as snowfoam) are more effective
      The ultimate goal is to remove as much dirt as possible without touching the paint.
      The reason for this, is to prevent scratches and swirl marks when washing.

      There was no way I could read it, it was only onscreen for about 1/1000th of second, seriously? Lots of channels do the same thing, it is maddening. I just look for another video or look in the comments and see if I can find the product name. I do not have bionic vision so I could not read the product name in this video

      I don't sell products so you can just believe me - Plain water does virtually nothing for this kind of winter-salt build up.

      Not quite.
      TFR is heavily caustic.
      You can get PH neutral or mild alkaline Pre rinses which don't cause the kind of staining you get with TFR on silver/chrome trims, black plastics and such.

      There are multiple other chemicals and components to a product.
      All I can tell you is Pre rinses such as this, and snowfoams like BH Autofoam/Touchless etc are nothing like TFR and they are much safer to use on your paint :)

    The problem with pre wash is that is highly alkaline and can destroy the clear coat if used to often.

      A pressure washer will blast away majority of the dirt on its own, the pre wash solution helps clean loosen the remaining bit of dirt right before a contact wash…

    That's a sprayer on product to make it look dirty. Because the rest of the body isn't as dark. This is false advertisement

      It really isnt 😂 that's 2000 miles of driving in a British winter sir. My commute was 120 miles a day at the time, you probably cannot see the winter tyres fitted. Hatch back vehicles due to low pressure at the rear always suck dirt in.
      Would you like to send me your Email address and I'll send you the pictures of the car showing the condition at the time? From January of 2023. You'll see the whole car is indeed very dirty...
      Not sure what I would have to gain by "false advertisement" given that we are only a detailing and PPF business, and don't sell products.
