Hello, the way to achieve this is to remove the mineral deposits from the water You can do this by processes of osmosis or de-ionisation :) Look up some filter systems in your area.
I always use the cheapest car shampoo available and fill it into a foam sprayer. Spray in the whole car, shower it, then again use some foam and a washing glove and then shower it again. Completed. Cost me a few cents per wash. How good is your pre-wash fluid for removing insect leftovers? Because insects are the only thing i cannot remove completely with my method.
@andreas.2 it works quite well for bug splat. Any all purpose cleaner or stronger pre wash/snow foam will help. This is not my product please note I do not sell it 😅👍🏽
Actually i think citrus pre wash from valet pro is a very weak product. I prefer to use a quality apc that does a much better job in the pre-wash proccess
I appreciate your opinion. I think it is quality product, and find it works well :) we all have preferences and products we like and dislike ☺️ Between this and a snow foam such as Bilt Hamber, there's very little dirt remaining.
@@OnTrackDetailing It's actually a huge timesaver, especially on cars that have heavy tar. It's hugely popular here in Ireland but comes from Sweden. It's highly in Eastern Europe as well.
Ive used this valet pro before. Very strong. Stings the eyes when you get blowback. Really does work. Actually, it's better than the autofinesse citrus power. But i had my doubts over the very strong mix. So stuck with ACP.
It's not that strong I found 😅 but then again I work with chemicals all day. You can always dilute down more if you wanted, but it's never damaged anything. Good cost effective product 💚
No, these kinds of cleaners are fine for ceramic coating (When I say ceramic, I am referring to a "proper" ceramic and not a "ceramic wax" or similar product - Coatings actually like a ph10-11 clean now and again!) Beside it is better in my opinion to reduce any coating or wax than not pre wash and risk extra swirls during wash
The power is shown on the side that's cleaned 🗿👍🏽 The other side was the same basically after rinse, but i am getting my car dirty to do the video again
Yes, you will have no problems. Totally safe product when used as instructed. It may strip your wax or sealant sooner, it is OK on ceramic coated vehicles .
I'm not sure about Mauritius. I'm sure if you can get international shipping you can buy it anywhere 🙂 Or a similar good pre wash will also perform about the same.
By using a pre wash you loosen the caked on dirt. This allows it to be removed contactlessly. By doing this it means that your next pre wash steps (such as snowfoam) are more effective The ultimate goal is to remove as much dirt as possible without touching the paint. The reason for this, is to prevent scratches and swirl marks when washing. 😀 @captaingold1685
There was no way I could read it, it was only onscreen for about 1/1000th of second, seriously? Lots of channels do the same thing, it is maddening. I just look for another video or look in the comments and see if I can find the product name. I do not have bionic vision so I could not read the product name in this video
It makes sense to show how effective a pre wash is, but I do get your point :-) I don't sell products so you can just believe me - Plain water does virtually nothing for this kind of winter-salt build up.
Not quite. TFR is heavily caustic. You can get PH neutral or mild alkaline Pre rinses which don't cause the kind of staining you get with TFR on silver/chrome trims, black plastics and such.
@c11yan Again, a rather simplistic view. There are multiple other chemicals and components to a product. All I can tell you is Pre rinses such as this, and snowfoams like BH Autofoam/Touchless etc are nothing like TFR and they are much safer to use on your paint :)
@c11yan Maybe it streaks at the wrong dilution or used in the wrong condition. I've never had it streak personally, but that's just my particular experience, and it does not invalidate yours :)
That is a good point! 😬 Although it proves the pre wash is effective. You'll just have to trust me. Given I do not sell products, and This was not a sponsored video, and I received £0 from anyone (Valet Pro, RUclips or a customer, since it was my own car ha ha!) - I have no reason to lie :-)
A pressure washer will blast away majority of the dirt on its own, the pre wash solution helps clean loosen the remaining bit of dirt right before a contact wash…
It really isnt 😂 that's 2000 miles of driving in a British winter sir. My commute was 120 miles a day at the time, you probably cannot see the winter tyres fitted. When using this pre wash and then snow foaming the car, do i need to add a sealant/wax/ceramic coat? Or can i just Pre-wash and snow foam?
Sealant and wax etc is for protection. At the end of the wash after any polishing etc.
