Oh my gosh, this video was EXACTLY what I was needing to see! I have been buying my rounds but they are SO expensive. I have looked at routers and the circle guide but had no idea how to use them and if they really would give me the precise cut. I am now ready to buy!! Thanks so much for taking the time to really explain this process!!

Maybe I'm psychic! I got an order a week ago for a wood round sign and I could have sworn you had a video on how go cut your own rounds with a router! I searched and searched for it, but obviously, I couldn't find the video and decided to get mine at Michael's. Thank you for making this video and sharing with us all of your knowledge! 💕

Isn't it funny how things seem to pop up when we are looking for them? Too funny! 🤣

Thanks so much for the video!! I have bought the same exact router and circle guide from watching earlier videos of yours a couple weeks ago. However, have not had a chance to try them out just yet. So perfect timing for your video. Can not wait to start cutting my own wood rounds!! I greatly appreciate how much you are willing to share what you have learned and what works well for you!! I love crafting but don't have as much time as I would like to dedicate to it....so it is so nice to find people like you to help guide people like me and save time!! Thank you for all you do!! It is greatly appreciated!! You are AWESOME!!

Really great video. Wood rounds are so expensive. It would be so good to do and have the stock available. I'll have to check my router and get the extender guide. Thank you for all the info you provide.

I do not know how you work in that heat. Love the video and would use your technique if I ever had to cut a round. I use to do woodworking but since moving I cannot take the heat so I do very little of it anymore. Besides - since finding you I know you can do any sign I might need!

We use a compression bit in our CNC when we cut shapes. You get less tear out because its both uncut AND down cut

Thank you for always sharing you talent and skills with us. I have learned so much from you!!! Do you do anything (other than sand) to the edges? What I am meaning is do you put an edge band on or anything else?

You’re so creative and talented in the things you do.
Do you have a preference as to doing the circle yourself vs. having your laser doing them?

What type of plywood are you using? I tend to like the 1/2” oak but those don’t come in 4x8 sheets
