The worst thing about talking too much is you will reveal your weaknesses and say stuff that will embarrass you, possibly for the rest of your life. Its better to stay silent most of the time.

Assalamualikum. I was once waiting for an eyecheck up and was caught in a moment of akward silence. I was trying to be nice so I said to the attendant how many months was she pregnant, she had a bump or so I thought. To my shock she was not pregnant. I felt the earth should swallow me. I now try utmost to endure the akward silences. I was always a quiet person growing up but people around me "african aunties" always commented on my lack of being outspoken. As a young adult I tried to compensate by starting dialogues but I have mostly regretted talking in many instances. Silence is golden.

But yes sometimes we eventually became in defense mode whenever will have the word( :you're wrong).and many more things happened that we don't want.
And my 2nd goal to reduce my friends circle..
I was use to make friend who around me. And i even didn't released their nature.

In order to face oppressor and especially the oppressing system, you will need to raise your voice. And you will need to be repeating things again and again due to complex nature of human interaction and confusion resulting from it. In such cases you will need to speak a lot and at same time intellectually with good communication skills. To reach that point you will need to put yourself in a difficult, learning situation. There is no other option:
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported that the prophet Muhammad said, "Whoever amongst you sees an evil, he must change it with his hand. If he is not able to do so, then with his tongue. And if he is not able to do so, then with his heart, and that is the weakest form of faith".
Excellent point, especially in our turbulent times -knowledge is a key factor in minimizing violence in society.
