Excellent tutorial. Glad you included sound clips before and again with and without the baffle. I like the weight reduction and the baffled sound seems acceptable. This looks like a modification I could live with and enjoy.

Mostly like you Mr. Robot I do not like loud noisy muffler because I got done changes out my exhaust to Kajimotor slip on and added two DB Killer silencer in front and a baffles in the rear for my 07 Piaggio mp3 250ie!!
I want an aftermarket exhaust for the weight reduction and the loss of the graphite bushing. The sound is a bonus. you can get aftermarket exhaust systems with catalytic converters included.
Just got a secondhand 2023 supersport this afternoon. Has the Acra on it. Soundlevel is modest (altough beefier then the stock exhaust).

good video Robot. A question, is this kinda aftermarket muffler like arrow, remus, etc. with deeper and louder sound compare with original muffler which is excite your blood for sure. But how about the heat shield can be provided or not. that would be a risk for passenger.

Hi Robot, Can you use this arrow mid pipe with the Akropovic exhaust. I bought one which is too short, I need to find a mid pipe the joins. Do they sell them seperately?

Do U need to set the rear suspension to the highest level for the exhaust not to rub the bodywork? My polini-exhaust looks very much like this one and It rubs the bodywork if I dont set it to the stiffest configuration.

What is the new California law on exhaust?
In summary, all cars and other motor vehicles in California must be equipped with a muffler. Any exhaust modifications must not increase the exhaust noise above 95 dbA. The fine is $1000.00!!!

Hey Robot, do you know that you've actually caused quite a lot of confusion and controversy in European Vespa forums by using the term "HPE2"? There is no such thing. It's still the same old HPE engine. Please stop calling it that in videos and titles.
So it’s only 2023 model have 12mm air sensor .. the rest is 18mm
So do i need a 18mm to 12mm adapter to run older exhaust on a 23-24 model?
