3:52 I have an 88' 7mgte w/ 550cc injectors in place of the stock 440cc. So for Cranking fuel #1 from -40C to 0, the base tune had 3ms across and from 70C to 100C, the base tune had 1.5ms across. So what I did was reasoned that 440 divided by 550 gives you 80% which is a 20% difference in injector size difference. As a result, I took the millisecond values mentioned above and reduced them by 20%. For 0C to 70C, I simply used the "interpolate" tool to "smoothen" out the curve horizontally. Tell me Zach, is this reasonable/correct, based on the size injectors I have upgraded from stock??

Do you mind having a look at my log. Im having two issues, cant seem to get the vvti to get & hold cam deg. Also boost is perfect in open loop assoon as i enable closed loop with boost target, the ecu referances table two for dc. But some how closes the solenoid to 90% resulting in full boost!.

Id like to see the difference between the classic and the black in reference to charts and what looks different. My cranking fuel #1 chart and graph look extremely different then whats in the video
Hey. I have an L28 engine ans turbo with ecumaster ecu. The engine ran great, but I recently started experiencing misfires when under full throttle and going into boost. . Idling and cruising seems to be fine. Afr values are reading a tad to high though. The engine ran great, but I installed a new 3core rad, which lowered the engine clt temps drastically. Basically, when I am driving, clt temps are around 70 degrees with fan off. Could this have an effect to the amount of fuel supplied by the ecu? I checked my fueling system and that seems to be OK.
How do I setup up ignition events with a distributor? I can't find anything on this and how to setup triggers with a distributor. First checklist isn't helping with that. Do I need to convert to smart coils?
If you only have one coil, all ignition events will use that same coil. If you're still unclear, reach out to our tech support and someone will walk you through it.
Thx for everything..question...all my output test are good... but no spark when key us turned, Timing light doesn't flash /coil doent fire...this is for 1jz
@@ECUMasterUSA I figured it out. I had my ignition switch pinned wrong. Now I'm working to get my ignition status and cam synced. I'm having trouble with it as I'm using a distributor instead of coil packs.

That's an extremely specific request. The theory is the same for any engine. Can you tell us what you'd like to see a video of?

Contact the distributor you purchased your ecu from and provide them with your map and log so they can help you diagnose it.
Hey I can't get my emu classic to connect at all until I turn the key to run. Am I missing something?
The ECU is not powered until you turn the key to the "on" position, so yes, that's correct.
