    Bacon and Gruyere Sous-Vide Egg Bites Recipe
    -6 eggs
    -½ cup cottage cheese
    -½ cup gruyere cheese, shredded
    -½ cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
    -½ tsp salt
    -5 slices cooked bacon
    1. Cook bacon, reserving some of the grease. Cut into small pieces.
    2. Blend together eggs, cottage cheese, gruyere, monterey jack, and salt.
    3. Grease egg bite mold with reserved bacon grease.
    4. Add bacon pieces to each slot and fill each slot ¾ of the way with egg mixture.
    5. Lightly vacuum seal the egg bite mold. Make sure to stop the vacuum stick before it seals too tightly and distorts the shape of the mold.
    6. Set ZWILLING ENFINIGY Sous-Vide stick to 172F for 1 hour. Once it reaches temp, add your egg bites. You will need something to weigh this down in the water bath. I used a small mixing bowl filled with water.
    7. Store in ZWILLING Fresh & Save Containers. To reheat, microwave for 30-45 seconds.
