      CAN you HELP ME Lose some Weight IM A STUDENT in 8 grade and I'm Trying to lose Weight And I Hate to say it But I weight "60KG" (OMGggWTF) And I need To change my Babit To lose weight and I need you to give me some Advice To Lose Weight.     here's some positivity for everyone who's here because they want to change the way their bodies are:
    exercising is good for you; it releases endorphins and it helps you be more energised, sleep better and, of course be healthier! i'm proud of you for trying and working hard to be a better you.
    but remember, the way you look, your measurements and your weight don't represent who you are, you are more than your looks and you're beautiful the way you are.
    if you're into korean pop culture, chances are you've heard of a lot of unhealthy diets from idols and crazy workout habits from actresses and models. while it's great to search inspiration and look up to the people you admire, i hope you strive to be the best version of yourself, and not try to imitate someone else. you have your own beauty and your own body, so please stay safe and take care! find growth out of love for yourself, because you want to feel good, not because you hate yourself and feel like you have to change...

      SAMe I Go on a diet and Try to eat less and do exercise at home every day BUT INSTEAD of Losing WEIGHT I GAIN weight I Piss Me Off (When I Even exercise Every day EVEN when I don't want to) 😅

    I’ve tried 3 of these methods for 1 week and I’ve seen results right away...
    these exercises are magical tbh, all you have to do is stay consistent.

    so I'm kinda skinny but i have a bit of a tummy and I'm flat from behind so i started doin an hourglass figure exercise problem. it didn't really help with my tummy but my butt did get bigger but i now have like a side butt or thicker thighs so PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.
