SAMe I Go on a diet and Try to eat less and do exercise at home every day BUT INSTEAD of Losing WEIGHT I GAIN weight I Piss Me Off (When I Even exercise Every day EVEN when I don't want to) 😅

so I'm kinda skinny but i have a bit of a tummy and I'm flat from behind so i started doin an hourglass figure exercise problem. it didn't really help with my tummy but my butt did get bigger but i now have like a side butt or thicker thighs so PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.
