    Pure Ghee is great for vatta dosha
    Some people also use sweet almond oil, but that can be a little drying.
    Ghee is neutral, works best for pitta and vatta types.

      Bushra Nasir Yes ghee works wonders 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I live more plant based which is why I use sesame oil. I save ghee for serious imbalances and occasional medicinal uses when needed. :) But you are correct, Ghee is neutral for all doshas 👍🏽

    Hey did you properly research this? Plenty of experts out there are saying it's not for congestion, exactly the opposite actually. Flu, cold and congestion are counterindications.

    • @Clareminded
      @Clareminded  3 года назад

      These are based on my Ayurveda teachings at the California College of Ayurveda. Of course for some congestion, neti would work best first, followed by nasya. :)

    Is it normal for my nose to burn my ears and mouth so much? I only used 1 drop

    • @Clareminded
      @Clareminded  4 года назад

      No, it should not cause any burning sensation. If it continues to burn, especially after such a small amount, that could be from an underlying disease/symptom. I would recommend contacting a practitioner for a full consultation. :)
