Pure Ghee is great for vatta dosha Some people also use sweet almond oil, but that can be a little drying. Ghee is neutral, works best for pitta and vatta types.
Bushra Nasir Yes ghee works wonders 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I live more plant based which is why I use sesame oil. I save ghee for serious imbalances and occasional medicinal uses when needed. :) But you are correct, Ghee is neutral for all doshas 👍🏽
Is it good for sinusitis? My right nose is completely blocked. Its inflammation. Its due to allergies when climate changes drastically. I am using vaporizer every night. I need solutions. I tried netipot but right nostrils is blocked. Please help
Should be fine, although always best to consult a certified Ayurvedic practitioner. I was recommended Anu Nasya oil for sinusitis along with other herbs.

Hey did you properly research this? Plenty of experts out there are saying it's not for congestion, exactly the opposite actually. Flu, cold and congestion are counterindications.
These are based on my Ayurveda teachings at the California College of Ayurveda. Of course for some congestion, neti would work best first, followed by nasya. :)
No, it should not cause any burning sensation. If it continues to burn, especially after such a small amount, that could be from an underlying disease/symptom. I would recommend contacting a practitioner for a full consultation. :)
Thank you for the video. I'm very vata. Is it ok to do nasya multiple times a day in northern winters? It feels good but not sure if there's downside when done in excess.
