- I included in this video all Dante's Reactions when getting new weapons in devil may cry games 2001-2019 DMC1-DMC5. I recorded all the footage using my gaming setup and then edited the video in an original way to show the different scenes and reactions. Hope you will enjoy it!

fun fact: the reason dante starts every game without any demon weapons, is because he sells them to pay his rent and shopping (supposedly)

Nah, he knew he would be able to get through most of his plan because he knew she would keep him busy one way or another, either she would kill him, or he'd waste a bunch of time messing around with the guitar.
Bringing her in was one of Virgils most shrewd tactics.

Love how he can just automatically know how to use the weapons, as if they arent in completely different categories of weapons that are hard to master yet he does it aND can come up with moves instantly

My headcanon is picking up any weapon in the dmc universe automatically gives you knowledge of E V E R Y T H I N G that weapon can do
Dante: the player that farms for legendary and secret weapons to beat the game
Vergil: the player that solos the whole campaign and side quests with the basic weapons.
They are 2 half's of the same demon coin
Vergil upgraded all skills and the weapon to +100

I like that for Dr Faust, it was so powerful the tree itself shifted and changed to accommodate Dante's antics. V was probably like "not again."
I love that after multiple decades Dante still retains the ability to summon a musical number when he picks up certain weapons just so he can dance around with them
agree, the lucifer weapon on dmc 4 is the most satisfying dance

@@deadweightnero Its the first Devil Arm Dante acquires in Devil May Cry, iconic scene the sword stabs Dante in the chest, he then pull himself thru the blade then retrives it. It was amazing to see at the time. Unlike anything else in a character action game.

The King Cereberus in DMC 5 was honestly there for Fan Service and I’m not complaining about it. I know that Calvin wanted to relive the glory days of DMC 3 and the fact they brought back the Triple Nunchucks was great
Well, it wasn't *just* fan service, they also changed the gameplay to add new moves for fire and lightning.
I love how serious he is in this game and also in the second one. then he’s always joking in the 3rd, 4th and 5th.

@@DavidDDavidsonSA He didn't sold any Devil Arm, he pwnaed them to Enzo due what happened in the past. Dante even uses Cerberus, Alastor and talks with Agni&Rudra in the drama CD.

@@gui8045 in DMC5 there's this devil arms that is similar to Gilgamesh from DMC4. When Dante was fighting of that particular demon he almost received a fatal blow but Cerberus intervene and protected Dante at the cost of his own life. Dante gain a new Devil arm but lost one twice as loyal.
This was on one of the stories for the game.

Fun tip, in dmc 3 if you used doppelganger your friend can pick up the 2nd controller, hit start, and play as the doppelganger
The same trick also works in the Arkham battle once Vergil shows up.

I loved how his DT would change with each weapon in 1 and 3. Air Raid is still one of my favorite abilities. Hopefully, in a DMC 6 they bring it back. Each character can have their own version.

I missed these weapons so much.. it's too bad that Dante had to sell his Devil Arm weapons for rent... all of these have potential and skill including a lot of power as well if you know how to use them right..
