She wouldn't talk about Frank with Jamie that would be a conversation for with her mother, besides maybe it hurt too much to think about him not being there.
people complain that this scene doesn't say anything about her step father. But that doesn't mean she doesn't think about him.
He’s her adoptive father: not her step father. Don’t downplay his role in her life like that. He RAISED her.

It’s weird he raised her only bc her real dad was in a battle in the past 😂 he gave his daughter to another man to save her. And he raised her, now it’s his time with his daughter. Don’t need to hear about frank every time, we get it.
This is such a sweet moment but I’m kind of sad they didn’t mention Frank at all. He was the father who raised Briana and she adored him, she would definitely be thinking of him being missing from her wedding day
THANK GOD they didn't mentioned him !! , i'm so tired of hearing his name being mentioned five thousand times per episode, that bit between Bree and Claire after the wedding was enough !!

I totally agree with you, I was SO tired of hearing his name as well, he was depressed , he always had this bad energy , he raised her but they were so unhappy with him.

She wasn’t being cold, she was smiling, calm, and happy. I didn’t cry on my wedding day and was very calm and happy when I had special small moments like this getting ready with family heirlooms. You don’t have to be crying, freaking out with nerves, or overly bubbly to be happy on your wedding day.
I was the same on my wedding day. I even winked at my husband going down the aisle. Of course, I do not remember alot from that day either.
I interpreted that as a warm smile
