    Love it. Just don't use ur blender with a plastic container, it will rub small traces of plastic in your food once there friction appllied

    you can also just buy canned chickpeas and use the salt water from them!!! it works just the same, i love it! just remember to add the sugar :) 1 dl aquadafaba (chickpeawater) and 1,5 dl sugar :)

      I whip coconut milk. I buy the coconut milk (higher fat content the better) in the can. It’s usually by the Thai ingredients. Refrigerate the can then whip with sugar. It’s just as good as whipped cream but has a great cocnuty-favor.

    Hey Priya, love this...so amazing! Quick question for ya...do we have to use a pressure cooker to cook the chickpeas or can we do them in a crock pot/slow cooker? Or what about on top of the stove? If so do we just cook them till done and tender? Thanks! Hugs from Texas!! : )

    • @ButteryBrown
      @ButteryBrown 6 лет назад +10

      Do the peas need to break when you squeeze them? I usually cook chickpeas for 30 minutes in a pot, and the water doesn’t look so thick like yours. I’ll need to cook them longer to thicken the water, right?
      Thank you for this wonderful trick... you made me want to try this, not just bookmark.

    • @22Unlucky
      @22Unlucky 6 лет назад +7

      I wouldn't recommend a slow cooker for chickpeas or any kind of beans since I believe they don't reach the enough temperature to cook them.

    • @shaynelahmed6323
      @shaynelahmed6323 6 лет назад +8

      지규리 ..add half teaspoon Baking powder when you soak the beans...drain that off, then add fresh water to cook, that should make them really soft..I think if you add one quarter teaspoon cream of tarter it will make the whipped cream stiff and form peaks..

    • @angiew2324

      KafKilljoy- It doesn't work. Whipped cream uses powdered sugar and stevia has the same texture as regular sugar. I've never seen a powdered sugar substitute but I'd imagine they have one somewhere.
