In this video I'm showing you how to add accessories to your Vroid-Model using Unity!

I want to thank you all for your support on my last Tutorial video. When recording this video we had just hit 2k views and now when uploading this it has well over 5k views which is totally mental!!
I stopped replying to comments after a while, simply because of the large amounts I had to read every time I logged on my youtube account. I feel really bad not replying but I didn’t have the time or energy to do so. In my defence, I never once expected people to flock to the video in such a manner. It was truly mind boggling and I’m so extremely grateful. Truly, thank you!

When making this video I assume you already have a hat or a pair of glasses in mind that you want to apply to your model. If you do not have one, go to the third link under "Links" and search away. Searching for items in both English and Japanese is a recommendation!

I know for a fact that it's gonna be hard for me to keep my uploads consistent but I am trying my hardest and will continue to try even harder! I will make up for it by streaming more often on my twitch, even on weekdays!
I don't have a specific goal for this channel, nor do I know what to make of it in the future. But at the very least I made the decision to start taking this seriously and upload videos when I have the chance and whenever I feel like it~

I'm using the latest version of Univrm and it keeps giving me the error, "ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Specified argument was out of range of valid values." when exporting. Anyone have solution for this? :'( Been trying to do this for hours.

hi, im trying to export a vrm model with glasses that have like a transparent/fade effect on the glasses, vseeface detects completely mat, do you have any idea how to fix this?

hey there! i was trying to add a santa hat to my model but i'm having an issue where the hair/ears clip through the santa hat and i'm not sure how to fix it.
I'm currently using a Ready Player Me model, I followed the tutorial, but once I export my VRM the item I attached to my head just floats and doesn't move with my head, any ideas?

Oddly enough, whenever I try this it breaks my face movement but the blend shapes are still there.

does it matter if it says something about how it cant be reordered bc of the children prefab stuff? Every time i try to add what im adding it doesn't attach and stays static while the head moves

Do both your model and the glasses need to be fbx for you to do this? Unity is giving me issues because my model is a vrm prefab.

Every time I try to add the glasses, the glasses always move it the back of the model.
have you gotten anything sketchy from booth? i see we have to create an account to be able to download
If I'd attach a piercing to the lip in the same way as the glasses, would the piercing move with the lip?
if there ain't any specific "buttom lip" or "upper lip" option, then just applying it to the head should be fine.
It should move with the head yes! :)

in the description I have a link to where you can search for hats and stuff. It's called Booth. I recommend searching for items in both English and Japanese so compare results!
your face track is so good .. are you using an iphone or something ?
I'm only using VseeFace, I know there is a way to incorporate the good iPhone face tracking but I sadly do not have an IPhone! Thank you for your comment :)
I've notice most people skip over the language (lang) option at the very top of the VRM Exporter window... people please change it from Ja to En. XD
Hey! You said booth is great to get some hats and stuff. But do you know which Programm to use to create own hats, glasses and stuff?
I've seen people make hats and such in programs like blender!

You can not, atleast not in the program I use for tracking. If you have the model with and without the accessories and have some way to hotkey swapping between the two models it may work. But I have yet to figure out how to do that xD at this moment good tracking software for 3D models is hard to come by ;-;

If you mean that the glasses don't appear on the face when dragging it into the 'Hierarchy' tab then they could have loaded in around the feet of your model. You have play around with the numbers under the 'Transform' section. I hope this will be of help to you, if not I really hope it will workout for you. Have a great day! :)
*Raises hand* Question! Its not mentioned in any of your tutorial videos but did you ever make adjustments to your lipsync? I'm new to this and it seems off for my model.

If you mean my lip-sync in my videos then yes I do in fact!
When I get a new tracking software I always make sure to set the lip-sync type to audio for optimal tracking. But it all depends on your preference. This is something you should play around with yourself to see what you like the best. it also depends on what tracking software you're using (:
My personal preference in software is "VSeeFace" (link in my description).

Why I can't export files.? I already put an author T_T but the exporter tab is all blank.
You need to download the uni vrm package files if you didn’t already. And secondly, you have to click on your avatar on the upper left hand side with the cube next to it, and then you click the vrm tab at the top and find the export humanoid option. I hope that helped 🥺💖
2:15 i tried to import it and it said “Failed to import package with error: Couldn’t decompress package” but i did all the stuff it said to 😩
I also don’t see it at all when I open the folder to import it, I had to try searching it and that’s when the error popped up

I use the HyperX QuadCast - Usb Microphone. I don't have any filters or any real form of background noise suppression since it messed with the audio and made it cut out :)
What do you use to edit your videos?
Sony Vegas Pro 18 is what I use to edit my videos!

am i the only one that cant get my avatar into unity ? like it doesnt let me open the file and when i click it its showing up i need to open it with an app ? i have no idea T_T
You need to download a package and import it into your project in unity to be able to open VRM files in unity at all.
