폭신해서 부드럽게 먹을 수 있는 갈릭 치즈빵을 만들었어요~
손으로 반죽한 빵 위에 마늘소스를 바르고 모짜렐라 치즈를 사이에 넣어 구웠어요~
육쪽마늘빵 모양이 생각나서 삼각형 모양으로 무늬를 내서 만들었는데 하나씩 뜯어 먹기 좋답니다~
크림치즈와 버터, 마늘을 섞어 만든 소스가 감칠맛이 정말 좋고 쭉 늘어지는 치즈가 고소해서 빵이랑 정말 잘 어울리는 맛인 것 같아요~
딱딱한 마늘빵이 아니라 폭신폭신해서 먹기도 편하고 크게 구워 더 먹음직스럽더라구요~
저는 집에 슈레드 모짜렐라 치즈가 있어 사용했는데 통 모짜렐라 치즈를 길게 잘라 사용하면 더 편할 것 같아요~
자꾸자꾸 손이 가서 가족과 함께 나눠 먹으면 한 판은 뚝딱! 이랍니다^^

▶재료
따뜻한 우유 100g
따뜻한 물 80g
드라이 이스트 4g
설탕 30g
강력분 250g
소금 3g
무염 버터 30g
크림치즈 30g
무염버터 15g
다진마늘 15g
꿀 10g
소금 0.5g
파슬리
모짜렐라 치즈 150g
▶레시피
1. 따뜻한 우유와 물에 드라이 이스트와 설탕을 넣고 섞고 강력분과 소금을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 손으로 치대며 약 10분 정도 반죽하고 무염버터를 넣고 매끄러워질 때까지 약 15분 정도 더 반죽한 뒤 동그랗게 모양을 잡아 볼에 담고 2배로 부풀 때까지 약 1시간 정도 발효한다.
3. 반죽을 눌러 가스를 빼고 모양을 잡아 오븐 팬에 올리고 랩을 덮어 실온에서 15분 정도 휴지한다.
4. 크림치즈, 무염버터, 다진마늘을 섞고 꿀, 소금, 파슬리를 넣고 섞은 뒤 반죽 위에 펴 바른다.
5. 반죽에 모양을 내고 사이에 모짜렐라 치즈를 넣은 뒤 파슬리를 뿌리고 170도 예열한 오븐에서 18분 정도 굽는다.

4g Dry yeast
30g Sugar
250g Bread flour
3g Salt
30g Unsalted butter
30g Cream cheese
15g Unsalted butter
15g Crushed garlic
10g Honey
0.5g Salt
Parsley
150g Mozzarella Cheese

Just made it, it's absolutely delicious! Best recipe i've tried in so long! I put it into a toaster oven for about five minutes after the 18 minutes in the oven, and it crispied up a bit more and made it even better. Also, to any American's reading this, they're using celcius, so it would be 338 degrees F in the oven. If anyone is planning on making this, get ready for some sore arms! It's 25 minutes of kneeding non-stop, which may take a toll on your hands ;-). Thanks for this recipe!!
its actually a georgian dish called xachapuri
@@lvlyslly4387 actually, khachapuri is very different. It’s a kind of like a pizza in a way, with some soft crust and egg and cheese inside. I’ve made khachapuri, it may look the same but the process and taste is very different 😊
@Fqll Out hey, it’s not really possible to convert grams to cups, since different ingredients have different weights. The gram is a form of weight measurement, while cups are a form of volume measurement, therefore making them incompatible. If you want to convert grams into cups, you’d have to actually search up the exact ingredient, then grams to cups, but it’s still not entirely accurate since different forms of the ingredients can have different weight measurements. My suggestion for you is to use (or buy) a food scale, where you place your ingredients onto the scale, and it will tell you the exact weight (grams in this case).

I made this yesterday. It came out perfect! Also, it was my first time making my own bread. My mom was surprised to when she tasted it. I'm 15 btw so she didn't expect me so make something so delicious. The bread was so soft and I might make it again soon.

Totally worth the time it took making conversions to US measures. I used a stand mixer for kneading (because I am lazy), and I finished it by putting under the broiler for less than a minute to get a good char on the cheese, and finally a little drizzle of honey while it was still hot. It was so, so, so good. The bread was soft, fluffy, and sweet, and the garlic sauce with the honey was just perfect. I made it for my nieces and nephew - they loved it too. I went back for four (!) slices. Making it again this weekend. Thanks!!

Just over 1/8 c. sugar
2 cups bread flour

Right, so, ever since i recreated this recipe istg, i trust this man more than my own two eyes when it comes to baking! When i tell yall this garlic bread came out perfect, the whole fam loved it!
