From a fellow prop - something with 6 studs up front, something that’s comfortable and something you like the look of.

You're young so just get something cheap with 8 studs, you'll be growing out of them soon so no need to waste money on expensive boots.

Yes I've tried it
I had a pair of adizero malice's
I used the studs on my kakari lights for a tour in new Zealand I found that the soil was much harder than the soil in South Africa ,but changing the studs helped alot
