You can try to explore by yourself by using sv_cheats First input the map you want to explore in console command, example hotel in Dead Center is c1m1. After that use sv_cheats 1, you can remove other survivors by kick then name (e.g. kick Ellis) you can't kick Nick or Bill because they're default player if you load campaign in command console. And then use these commands: cl_drawhud 0 (to hide health indicator, weapons and item indicator) r_drawviewmodel (to hide POV = the characters hands, weapon and such) director_stop (no zombies) noclip (you don't need to keep walking, sometimes you need to fly and see beyond the map) (Don't worry, this setting will only temporary. If you exit map, the setting will back to normal.)
