I woke up this morning and my 11 pro max was off and wouldn't turn on. I had left it charging so I knew it wasn't for lack of power...On the way to work, worried, making plans to take it to a service tech and seeing where to get the money for the fix (I suspected a battery problem). Now at the office I tried these instructions and it worked :) you saved me the day (and a few bucks)!

My son's phone was charging overnight and this morning it wouldn't turn on. We tried everything and could not work. I sent him to college then watched your video, I kept doing the first step where I would continuously press the up, down and power button almost 50 times and the apple logo came on. Everything seems fine now with the phone. Thank you so much. Your video saved us a lot of money. I will share it with all my friends and family.
I just want to let everybody know when doing the pre-check to hold the power button longer than he did because if you let it go too early that couldve fixed your problem and you wouldnt know.

But what if my iPhone can’t be connected? I used a USBC cable and everything,i did as u sed but It doesn’t work. Does that mean my phone is dead?!
