Wow! I have been charging my iPhone by squeezing the charge cable into a certain position and pressure point, then taping it so it stays in that position while it charges each night. I was ready to pay to have the charge port replaced, until I found your video. I can't believe the amount of lint I dug out of it. Upon plugging the charge cable in after doing so, it immediately was charging without regard to the position of the cable! Thank You!

What a lifesaver! This video helped me to solve my charging problem in just a few minutes. My inclination was to go immediately to the Verizon store and have them work on my phone, but the precise guidance helped my by leading me through each step. Problem solved! Thank you!

@@alechoppy7074 The Genius Bar found that the port on my phone was damaged, so I got a brand new phone from the apple store and a month later I'm having the SAME DARN PROBLEM AGAIN
And I also messed up I think before I found this video. I unscrewed the screws from inside around the charging port and there's a screw I unscrewed that has a little metal piece I can't describe how it looks but I can't remember which way it was or what it went over
