Yes I love when creators do this, even if I an not the same skin tone it can be helpful to see the undertones ( to an extent bc of screen differences) and depth to help gauge where my shade is.

I totally agree that the KVD contour product lifted my foundation right off my face. It was a no for me too. On the Charlotte Tilbury Foundation, i have combo skin and I do agree that it looks great at first and then it made me look quite oily. but then I didnt put my moisturizer on, just my sunscreen followed by the foundation and it looks amazing and I didnt get oily during the day! Plus every time I wear it, in the evening after taking my makeup off my skin looks glowy so I do believe there are skincare benefits to this foundation. All of this to say, if you get shiny try to switch things around in terms of products you use before, as this foundation is kind of a moisturizer also.
