KLM deserves more subscribers 💙💙
Super interesting video, especially as this topic doesn’t get covered so much. Very cool that anyone in the company can volunteer, especially if they are in a more back office role this would really mix things up - I would volunteer in a heartbeat! It’s fun to watch them de-ice at Stockholm Arlanda, though there they come to you at the gate (prob quite a different operation since lots more snow days there!).
Interesting that at Schipol they have to have all this stuff but only use it a handful of times per year. Same for places like the UK too I guess. But without it, no one is going anywhere!

These are volunteers? Why doesn't KLM pay them? De-icing is a MAJOR job!
KLM is they used only about 30passengers..
Other airlines is used in 60persons.. Alitalia had its 60passengers person..

What happened to KLM Airline to its Flight Attendant?! KLM is a world class Airlines.. but its flight attendant become lousy uniform..
Flight Attendant is 4persons... 2captains and 2flight attendant.. and other 2person is flight customer service.. and stay in at Hotel Holiday Inn.. and refused to stay after change is name into Hotel Crowne Plaza.. still there are still of them because very near into airport...
