"He's got live" says it all. There is religion and there is reality yeah, real Life.
Lucky dude got to ask a pointed question to the toughest yet gentle political figure in modern history.
Are we not having a soft government now?
🥰
Lky is like no other
Right on.
I know we had many American leaders of this caliber. What happen?😢
At least they have free soeech
Interestingly, the idea of secularism arose out of Christian civilizations which is based on love for others who are different than us.
Even if true, the Evangelical groups of today have definitely lost their sense of proportion, and are a direct threat to the personal freedom of anyone who has different opinions or lifestyle than them. The same can be said about some of the Islamic faith. Secularism is essential to guarantee freedom to the rest of us, even to people of faith!!
protestant sects. Stems really out of the Lutherian reforms in seperating the control that the catholic church has on the state.
With Anglicanism that really took it's hold in america when the king was overthrown in america and a mostly secular republic installed (ofc the guys were all christian but it was no christian theocratic state)
You could also say it arose out of oppression during the dark age which lead to renaissance & Age of Enlightenment. Secularism is a way to extract only the good from Christianity and discard the rest that is negative. Like Bruce Lee favourite quote, absorb what is useful, discard what is useless.
Lol, you sound very naive and innocent. Check what they taught in Mark's words 16:16
