This reminds me of a similar case when a woman told a guy not to smoke near her kids and he got in his car and tried to ran the kids over so the mom jumped in front and saved her kids, unfortunately she didn't make it.
That's what I don't get about people who enjoy living in a crowded city. Y'all bump into each other like crazy up there. I purposely avoid crowds for this reason. Some people bump into you by accident and say ," Excuse me", while others do it out of just not paying attention, then you got the ones who flat out shoulder butt you and are pretty much waiting for someone to challenge them. The entire concept of landing in prison for a long time for murder with the possibility of parole after a short time has got to stop. The only proper punishment for the unprovoked and unjustifiable killing of another human being is either life without parole or execution. No exceptions. The only way to teach people to think twice about their deadly impulses is by physically rendering those impulses incapable of causing harm to others.
What about a killing that is somewhat provoked but still unjustifiable? Daniel Penny's strangling Jordan Neely to death might fit into this category. You want to sort all killings in 2 categories, justified and unjustified, I think liife, and justice, is more complicated than that.
No what needs to happen is tougher prison stays. Jail is nothing but a retreat for these criminals. They are scared to go initially but once they get there they realize it's not that bad as long as they are able to socialize. They can work out, get drugs, smoke, and even eat all the honeybuns and Snickers they want. The fact that you can go to prison and join a gang or reunite with your homies is mind-blowing, we are literally making the criminals worse. This all needs to stop! Actual reform needs to happen where they hire retired military heads to really put the fear of God into these men while they are there. No day should be an easy day. I wouldn't be scared to take risks either, If knew the worst I'd get is a 5-10 years vacation to clear my head, and maybe even get a degree and write a book lol.

This is why when I come across people in NYC whether tourist, neighbors fom close by states or other parts of NY or residents who INTENTIONAL hit, push and bump me knowingly or accidentally but refused to show some courtesy and say, 'excuse me' etc. I just smile because I know soon enough they will come across someone in NYC who will make them wish they were more polite and respectful. I know for a fact that just humbling oneself is not a sign of weakness in alot of situations, it save time, wont waste your time and will save your life. However, I am not saying this poor deceased man even had the chance to apologize. Sounds like the Nunez guy just took it personal and attack him without giving him the chance to even apologize. Sad but there are quite a few of those walking around who take everything personal.
Those violent dangerous animals should be locked up forever or simply put down. Their lives have no value to anybody. That Nunez dude is a worthless animal. Should be dealt with permanently. No good to anybody.
Unbelievable! It’s sad ! Very terrifying ! Glad justice is served
Are you kidding? Alvin Bragg will give this guy three months calling it Manslaughter instead of murder. Justice? Just watch and learn.
Rest in peace 🕊️ condolences 🙏🏽 prayers 🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦...
sorry buddy prayers wont help this guy

The prayers are for the loved ones who are in mourning.
That is really sad news to hear today
I think what people should take away from this is no matter how young you are the human body is extremely fragile and a simple fall can end you life.
People should be aware of their surroundings at all times.
I have been thinking about buying a helmet.
The best is walk fast and ignore making eye contact

The fall didn’t kill him but a violent man sucker punched his head.
63 years on this planet to be killed like this - BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
Where’s the mayor saying it’s the safest city in the country?
Too bad we don't have a Marine there to put the killer in a choke hold and save the victim. Paul Leonard Kersey where are you?
This is demonic ppl getting angry for the stupidest stuff
Pride comes before destruction
They didn’t show a picture of the guy arrested
Or the victim
🤔
This reminds me of a similar case when a woman told a guy not to smoke near her kids and he got in his car and tried to ran the kids over so the mom jumped in front and saved her kids, unfortunately she didn't make it.
That's what I don't get about people who enjoy living in a crowded city. Y'all bump into each other like crazy up there. I purposely avoid crowds for this reason. Some people bump into you by accident and say ," Excuse me", while others do it out of just not paying attention, then you got the ones who flat out shoulder butt you and are pretty much waiting for someone to challenge them. Nope I stay away from crowds.
Cities in general are shit
I bump people all the time and say excuse me I’m sorry boss …
Polite
You'll be excuse for a woman. At least maybe 40 percent more than men saying sorry.
Rest in peace, Charles. 🙏🏽🥀
In Sydney, it’s called a “cowards punch”... and that right there is a 20 year prison sentence in Australia.
Sad situation. This is why I keep moving, say sorry if I bump into someone and try not to talk to strangers.
I want to see the video!!!!
What a wonderful place to live .
Heartbreaking
I visited New York with my family about 12 years ago and something similar happened to me.
We were exiting the subway train and I brushed against a guy. He followed me out, grabbed me and threatened to stab me. I held my hands up and apologized. Someone set off an alarm and he left me alone, but it was scary.
Some people are unstable, having a bad day or feel "disrespected" so they take it out on anyone.
I give credit to the detective who went above and beyond to actually investigated of what actually what happened instead of conveniently saying it was an accident. Now Ariel Nunez shouldn't be out on bail because he is dangerous to the society.
Glad they caught the loser..
Bring back Draconian, Medieval-style punishments for criminals
In china they publicly execute corrupt businesses
My boy Charles, omg. A good African-American catholic family. Boys in catholic school, myself, Charles…his brothers Steve, mark and Timothy. Don't worry Charles, God will always take care of everyone…no matter what. How can we forget much love and thanks to best…NYPD 👍
Belong too same faith my heart goes out to him family rest now just rest.
COULD land him in prison for a very long time? How about DEFINITELY going to prison for the REST of his life....
Funny how they don't show the victim and the killer.
R.I.P. !!!! Young Brother Man And Families And Friends. This is why We All Still Need Police Officers And Maybe He is Never Never Never Going To Walk Around Prison Talking 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤏🤏🤏🤏👀👀👀👀
You don’t truly believe that works. Do you?
Here's the problem: the courts are not perfect, mistakes are made, innocent people are convicted, death is forever.
I'm all for "an eye for an eye" justice. You use your hands to commit an act of violence on someone then for punishment you no longer have hands.
so sad, can't go out without worrying if it's your last day on earth
My daughter bumped into someone in a busy club when she was younger, the girl followed her to the bathroom, kicked the stall door in on her while she was on the toilet and beat her in the face. She was helpless and the cops did nothing about it.
Look at how filthy and scratched up that camera lens is. They don't even care.
So, so sad 😔. It seems like, life, nowadays has lost its value. God help us all. 🙏🙏
His public defender paid for by the taxpayers will argue its self defense . Incompetent judge paid for by taxpayers will believe him . He will not spend more than a month in jail . That’s the broken system we have
The system that liberal democrats vote for.
Keep voting for Democrats that's what you get....and I'm not even a Republican.
More like racist, commie judge will let him go free
