REVIEW: 2010 Mattel Hat Flingin’ Woody figure

I said I got this figure a while ago, which means this is one of my earlier-acquired Toy Story figures. I got him at Target in 2011-12 and he and the 2009 basic 5” figure were my go-to smaller Woody toys.
