Idk about you but buzz's design in the 1998 toy story mattel line remind's me of buzz's design in the toy story videogame for the sega genesis lol

I find funny that the only other comment in this video is from someone that wanted turbo glo buzz to be voiced by pat fraley DESPITE THE FACT TURBO GLO BUZZ IS A POST TOY STORY AND BEYOND PRODUCT AND BY THAT TIME pat fraley stopped doing buzz's voice for the merchandise besides pat only voiced buzz from 1998 to like 2007 and like the last buzz product to have pat fraley's voice was a hasbro talking buzz lightyear realesed in 2007 (im not counting a re-realese of the ugly 2003 disney store talking buzz lightyear in the toy story 3 packaging)

0:01 hearing the "you dont want to be on my way when my laser goes off" phrase kinda chills me,mainly because that phrase was also said by nightmare buzz in the toy story videogame....and that buzz variant creeps me the hell outa me .

Funny to know that this (and other thinkway buzz stuff) when they played the to infinity and beyond phrase the "to infinity" part was actually recorded by tim allen (you know buzz lightyear's voice actor) while the "and beyond" part is recorded by patrick fraley (a random guy that voiced buzz lightyear in a lot of the toy story 2/toy story and beyond products including the thinkway buzz lightyear figures)

I kinda like the sampled music used in this version of the game tbh

Benson feels like more like a character taken from a creepy horror movie rather than a toy story character tbh If i have to make a top 4 creepiest toy story characters well it would be kinda like this Top 4:nightmare buzz from the toy story videogame (he is also from a deleated scene from the first film) Top 3: benson from toy story 4 (tbh he aint quite creepy as the next one) Top 2:sid's mutant toys (they look a little less creepy compared to the next amalgamation) Top 1:that weird amalgamation thatappeard in woody's nightmare in toy story 2 (what the h3ll was that?😭)

Out off all of the woody's that mattel made between 1998 and 1999 tumblin talking woody is my favourite he's kinda charming :3

This made me appreciate the game boy toy story soundtrack more than before

Buzz's desing in this figure looks pretty good for the time ngl Also that buzz design remind's me of his desing in the sega genesis/super nintendo toy story game

That laser sound effect sounds a little like the original 1995 thinkway buzz (at least to me) Also i like the music selection you used :3
