I always wanted to pick up the signature collection version, but could never get it. The Disney store version will have to be a good placeholder until i save up for a signature collection.
I had a small buzz Lightyear which was literally the worst. 1. His arm kinda does the karate chop action thing but not really… 2. Doesn’t talk… 3. No wings… 4. No wrist communicator… 5. No laser…
That would be awesome, but Thinkway shut down permanently last year and I doubt Mattel’s gonna step up to the task. Maybe Tomy? They’re basically our last chance at this point for any movie scale stuff.
I think when I made this I didn’t even realize there were region exclusive Buzz figures. I’ve gotten a couple of the EU Mattel Buzz figures since I recorded this one but I haven’t found a Total Control Buzz on Ebay that’s in good condition and not outrageously expensive to import.
Honestly I just bought them whenever they came up for decent prices on Ebay. I don’t like spending more than $60 on impulse so most of these were cheaper than that. Some of the rarer ones also happen to be gifts I’ve gotten over the years.
I see I see. As a collector, how well do you store the action figures? Do you keep them away from the sun? Keep batteries off of the buzzes? What else do you do to keep these buzzes in good condition?
@@chanchosretrogames I take the batteries out of the rarer ones and ones I don’t usually touch, but there’s a few I still have batteries in because I like taking them off the shelf and listening to them. The wall I have them on is next to another wall with a window that I almost always keep the curtains closed on, but even still I started getting paranoid a little while ago and I’ve been thinking about moving them away from it.
That’s pretty neat collecting, each one of the buzz figures are incredibly different and unique from each other.
Bro my blue helmet buzz is so old it has marks like pencil marks
21:34 stars and stripes buzz was never heard from again.
I still think buzz light year is still a dope toy for kids
Damn dude you have enough buzz lightyears to build an army 😅

4:25 my favorite Disney store buzz lightyear is the original one from 2002-2010
I like buzz
I have a very small collection of movie scale buzz Lightyears

Awesome
If I could I would buy everyone of them I like but mostly big buzz and the see through and the utility belt
They should bring back Signature Collection. Then you won't have to take out a loan to buy the Ultra Buzz Lightyear

You dont seem to have 2012 Mattel Total Control Buzz Lightyear....?

26:58 i didnt know they are rare and i found one online for like $13 and then sold
Hey quick question. Do you buy the expensive buzzes first? Or do you buy at random prices as you go on?
