  • 材料:
    圆模8吋
    牛油 250克
    砂糖 200克
    鸡蛋5粒
    低筋面粉 250克
    牛奶 30克
    可可粉 20克
    做法:
    首先将牛油搅拌至软化。
    接着加入幼糖混合搅拌,然后打至松发呈乳白色,松软绒毛状。
    接着加入鸡蛋。鸡蛋必须分次加入,每打一粒鸡蛋,确定它完全被搅拌其中,方可继续加入下一粒鸡蛋,所以全部的鸡蛋不可以一次过加入再搅拌。
    加入筛过的低筋面粉搅拌。
    牛奶分次加入搅拌。
    蛋糊搅拌均匀后,取出大约三分之一,加入筛过的可可
    粉,然后搅拌均匀,成可可面糊。
    首先舀2大匙原色面糊放入模中间,上层放1大匙可
    可色面糊,千万别用汤匙转平,重复至完。
    将蛋糕模放入预先加热的烤炉,以170度烤50分钟
    Ingredients:
    8-inch round pan

    20g cocoa powder
    Method:
    First, stir the butter until softened.
    Then add fine sugar and mix, then beat until fluffy and milky white, soft and fluffy.
    Then add eggs. Eggs must be added in batches. Make sure each egg is completely stirred before adding the next egg. Therefore, all eggs cannot be added and stirred at once.
    Add sifted low-gluten flour and stir.
    Add milk in batches and stir.
    After the egg mixture is stirred evenly, take out about one-third, add sifted cocoa powder, and then stir evenly to make cocoa batter.
    First, scoop 2 tablespoons of original color batter into the middle of the mold, and put 1 tablespoon of cocoa color batter on the top. Do not use a spoon to flatten it, and repeat until it is finished.
    Put the cake mold into the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes
