    In this video, we will show you all the tips & tricks, tools, and products to properly restore your headlights. Headlight restoration is all about choosing the right products and methods that will make our work easier, everything comes down to making our work easier and faster with the best possible finish. In this example, we cleaned the headlights first. Then we went to the sanding process, where we went with as strong granulations as possible, the reason for that is that the headlights not only turned yellow but also had damage from stones, etc....After that, there is polishing in 3 stages. And at the end, we put protection that will protect the headlights from yellowing for a period of time, it all depends on where you live. In this example, we did everything with the ADBL Roller D09125, a superb little machine that did everything without any difficulties.

    Beautiful job. I’ve used the 3M Headlight Restoration Kit to do mine, but your results are truly amazing.

      Thank you very much. The 3M set certainly does the job. This is just "a little" more detailed and takes more time to achieve this result 😊

      Thank you!... This is mini polisher from the brand ADBL (from Poland). You can change if u want 125 mm disc or 75 mm, nice option to have. And it is well made machine.

    How do you not get sanding pig tail marks? I rock the same kovax paper but when it’s finished I still see faint pig tails after polishing … and also if you have a link to your da maybe might try that one

      Hello, you can try these (interfaces) they helped me a lot and reduced the appearance of pig tails a lot. Here is the link from the Zvizzer brand (you can use any brand of course) - www.zvizzer.com/sanding-system/. And here is a link from the DA device (Polish brand) - en.adbl.eu/produkt/adbl-roller-d09125-01/ (It's cheap but It really does the job :D)

    How long does it last before needing done again?

    • @liClean
      @liClean  15 дней назад +1

      It depends on a lot, how the preparation was done and so on. UV protection from Sonax says it lasts one year, and i have Headlights that i had done 3+ years ago and they still haven't yellowed. Greeting!
