That’s correct. The Messiah/Christ is YHWH Himself, incarnate as a man (Matt.1:22-23; Jn.1:1,14; 14:28) but Jesus of Nazareth is ABSOLUTELY NOT DIVINE (Heb.2:17).

The Messiah/Christ simultaneously Exists as BOTH authentic Divine Creator AND authentic human creature by means of TWO distinct but NOT separate NATURES (the hypostatic union). This is how the Messiah/Christ simultaneously exists as BOTH God AND man. It is the Messiah/Christ, rather than ‘Jesus’, Who is Emmanuel - God with us (Matt.1:22-23).

Thought I explained it well enough, but just to reiterate, Jesus had flesh, that flesh has a God, he certainly wasn’t an atheist. The nature that God added to himself, was of creation, therefor it had a God. But doesn’t make the deity of Christ any less true. The concept of the Trinity, is the Son is fully and God and fully man, and in the incarnation, the son has submitting himself to the father, in his role as high priest and mediator. John 20:17 doesn’t diminish the Trinity is any way.

@@LightoverDarkMinistry The truth is, Jesus never claimed to be God, but he repeatedly spoke of himself as "God's Son." Even his enemies acknowledged this. (John 10:36; 19:7) Jesus was ever conscious of exalting the Father and subordinating himself to Him, as he confessed: "The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative, but only what he beholds the Father doing. For whatever things that One does, these things the Son also does in like manner. I cannot do a single thing of my own initiative.....because I seek, not my own will, but the will of him that sent me." Again, he said: "I am a representative from him, and that One sent me forth." He also said: "From God I came forth and am here. ( John 5:19, 30; 7:28, 29; 8:42) Jesus never suggested that he was God or was equal to him. So to teach such a thing dishonors Jesus.

@@LightoverDarkMinistry Jumping in super-late here, but if the Trinity is so "Explicit' (a word some on here have used) why are we arguing about it? Why does Jesus - as some say - claim to be God in some verses, but then walk back from it at other places in the gospel? There are accounts were he is handed such opportunities to reveal himself 'On a silver platter', as the saying goes. You claim he does in John 10. How? Verse 36 sure looks like a refutation to me.
Under another video I point out in a discussion with somebody, Matthew 16:15, 16
"15 He said to them: “You, though, who do you say I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered: “You are the Christ, the SON OF the living God.”" How did Jesus respond? 'Almost. I am he. I'm Jehovah'. Nope! Jesus was happy with his answer, and beyond that, he even said "...“Happy you are, Simon son of Joʹnah, because flesh and blood did not reveal it to you, but MY FATHER IN THE HEAVENS DID." (Vs. 17). You know, the one who said at Jesus' baptism and the transfiguration vision that Jesus was - not a manifestation of him - but his "Son".
So I ask again: Taking into consideration the importance of knowing exactly who God is, according to John 17:3, where are the explicit verses that have Jesus saying 'I am God'. 'I am Jehovah'. Where, where, where???

Some examples are the writings of Flavius josephus, and the annals of Tacitus. God didn’t literally have relations with a women and birthed Jesus! That’s madness and unbiblical! The idea of a second nature comes not from 1 Timothy 3:16, but from other verses that teach that He had a human body and had human frailties. Those are all over the place in the Gospels. But the doctrine of the dual nature of Jesus comes from reconciling those verses that teach about His deity and those verses that teach about his humanity. Many Greek & Trinitarian bible scholars would also agree "God" is not in the earliest extant MSS of 1 Timothy 3:16 but “he” (NIV; RSV; NRSV; JB; NJB; REB; NAB [‘70]; AT; GNB; CBW; and Beck’s translation), “he who” (ASV; NASB; NEB; MLB; BBE; Phillips; and Moffatt), “who,” or “which.” Even the equally old Douay version has “which was manifested in the flesh.” All the very best modern NT texts by trinitarian scholars (including Westcott and Hort, Nestle, and the text by the United Bible Societies) have the NT Greek word ὃς (“who”) here instead of θεὸς (“God”).Why do the very best trinitarian scholars support this NON-trinitarian translation of 1 Tim. 3:16?
One example from one of the most prominent *Trinitarian NT Scholar* Dr. Frederick C. Grant writes:
“A capital example [of NT manuscript changes] is found in 1 Timothy 3:16, where ‘OS’ (OC or ὃς, ‘who’) was later taken for theta sigma with a bar above, which stood for theos (θεὸς, ‘god’). Since the new reading suited …. the orthodox doctrine of the church [trinitarian, at this later date], it got into many of the later manuscripts .....” - p. 656, Encyclopedia Americana, vol. 3, 1957 ed. (This same statement by Dr. Grant was still to be found in the latest Encyclopedia Americana that I examined - the 1990 ed., pp.696-698, vol. 3.)

Also.......You have to understand that in the Bible the word for God is "Elohim" and means "Mighty ones" Now in today's modern language we have restricted the word "God" to mean the "almighty" basically the creator, but that was NOT so in the Bible days !
And I will show you. For example did you know that people, kings and judges in the Bible were CALLED Gods ?
To illustrate, Psalms 82 says: (now this is God speaking)
    1 God takes his place in the divine assembly;
In the middle of the gods* he judges:
    And Vs 6
“I have said, ‘You are gods,
All of you are sons of the Most High.
Wow, did you notice how even Jehovah calls them "Gods" and HE says "I have said "You are Gods" ......so the question is HOW were they Gods ? And when you have come up with the answer to that, then you will answered the question "How can Jesus be a God " !
Did you know Moses too was called "God" so was not that polytheism ?
So if God can give the title of God to angles and people then WHY can't he give the same title to his son?
You cannot allow the restrictive use of the word "God" in today's modern English language to restrict the way the term was used in Bible times !

Thanks for the comment. You said...
“in the Bible the word for God is "Elohim" and means "Mighty ones"
      > Elohim means God, actually it’s plural but doesn’t not mean mighty ones. Mighty is gibbor,
“have said, ‘You are gods, All of you are sons of the Most High. “
      >Psalms is using this in a mocking tone, these are unjust judges, put in a position to rule the people, however God is still their ruler. Notice how it calls them false, how they are abusing their power and will die like men, they thought they were above reproach, thought they were gods.
“! Did you know Moses too was called "God" so was not that polytheism ? “
      > That’s adding words to scripture, Moses was not called a God, he said he would be LIKE a god TO pharaoh. “Exodus 7:1“See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh”
“So if God can give the title of God to angles and people then WHY can't he give the same title to his son? You cannot allow the restrictive use of the word "God" in today's modern English language to restrict the way the term was used in Bible times !”
      >Except Jesus isn’t just called god he’s called YHWH, Hebrews 1:10-12, John 12:38-41, Rev 22:12-13, and many more.”

Are you a Good Person? Let’s check and see! Have you ever lied? Or have you ever stolen? (Even if it was something small) Have you ever taken the Lord's Name in vain? (Saying: “Oh my G*d” or things like that) Now, have you ever hated anyone? If you have ever done any of those things, you would be either a liar, a thief, a blasphemer(for taking God’s Name in vain), or a murderer at heart (1 John 3:15 tells us that having hate in your heart for someone else would make you a “murderer at heart”) or maybe even all of them. And that was only some of the Ten Commandments. So we have all sinned against God and we therefore deserve death. (Romans 3:23 & 6:23) And as a result, none of us are good, nor good people. In other words, let’s say that I was speeding on the road, and now i’m in court. And according to the judge, I am to be sentenced to time in jail. But, if someone comes into that courtroom and pays my speeding fine, I can walk out of that courtroom without having to serve the time in jail.
Likewise, we are all criminals through sin, and we deserve Hell. Yet Christ took the punishment that we deserve, put it upon Himself, and “payed our fine” through His death (on the cross) and resurrection. Now through REPENTANCE, which is a change of mind about sin (in other words: turning away from sin and understanding your need of a Savior), and by FAITH in CHRIST we can be saved.
So, its NOT by our “good deeds” that we are saved, (as Catholics and other religions may say) because none of us are good, nor can our “good deeds” make us good. Instead, we are saved solely by God’s Grace through our Faith. (Ephesians 2:8-9) And once you are Saved, you do not continue to live following the evil ways of sin, but you instead live following the righteous ways of Christ.

This verse completely diminishes the idea that Jesus is Almighty God.
    John 5:26
For as the Father has life in Himself, so he has granted the Son to have life in himself.
John 5:30 By myself, I can do nothing…
    John 5:19
The Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees the Father doing, because whatever the Father does, the Son does also.
    John 14:28
The Father is greater than I.
These are are just a few obvious counters you your claim of Jesus being God.
How is it you cannot see that?

@@LightoverDarkMinistry the Quran confirms the actual Torah and Injil(Gospel revealed to Jesus). The Gospel revealed to Jesus, is not the New Testament or the first four books of it. This can be confirmed in Luke 4:18. Jesus mentioned that he was to preach the Gospel. The New Testament was not written when Jesus made that statement.
With regards to the Tenakh, the idea that Jesus is divine, is greatly opposed by the Jewish Bible. This is one main the reason why Jews reject Christianity. The idea that Jesus was divine is considered idolatry in the highest order according to the Tenakh.
