They was I usually fillet them fish, that backbone meat would turn into a crisp when they hit the grease lol. And I like the way Thomas do his too, his fish be looking extra crispy too!

@@fishingbythenumbers I didn’t realize it was so complicated. Sometime in the future you need to schedule a trip to Lake Murvaul over by Carthage Texas. It’s supposed to be the best kept secret in East Texas and I believe it. We fished there two weeks ago, and only saw two boats on the water. they have some huge crappie in there. My friend and I limited out in a couple of hours. We had 10 fish over 2 pounds and were not culling.
It can be a process, but I’ll try to include more for sure! Thanks! And I’d like to do more fishing up in that area, but I’ll have to make a weekend of it! Sounds like you had a good trip! Definitely will look to head that way at some point in the future!
