Hi, I recommend you make a more realistic comparison by setting the Deck settings on the games to high or ultra when comparing it to Switch. For example, I didn't think it was fair the other day when you compared the Switch version of the Witcher 3 to the Steam Deck with all settings on low. Clearly you're going to have more FPS, but I think at the very least there should be a part of the video that covers the settings on high and ultra to really see the graphical difference between more two handhelds on the same game. By not doing that a lot of people might have thought that The Witcher 3 has more effects and trees on the stage on Switch, just because you put the settings on low in the video and didn't specify about it.
It might look better if you side swiped the opposite way. Covering the nintendo switch with the steam deck visuals so you people can see the improvement rather than the other way round. But I'm just nitpicking. Love these comparison vids
Hey dude, if you don't mind can I use 12 videos of yours (small 2 min clips) of you testing games on the steam deck. I know it's a huge favour, that's why I'm asking you :) I will surely give you credit for each video as well as your website link and put a shoutout in the beginning of the video itself. Lemme know. Thanks
I think it is better to go for 40 fps, with the graphics in the middle and 800 p, so it is a good combination between graphics, fps and battery life.not many play on the deck at 60fps
Is it just me or does the switch actually compete pretty well with the steam deck ! Yes steam deck looks better always but damn the switch isn't that bad. These videos making me decide to not possibly get the deck n KP my oled switch the differences don't seem big enough to switch no pun intended lol
those comparisons are pretty useless. not a single port is gonna perform on switch better than on deck. the only meaningful comparison between these two systems would be testing how does SD emulate switch games and comparing performance to switch.
Not useless it showed me buying the deck n dumping the switch wld b foolish as it showed me the switch for what it is performs well and not worse evough to drop 600 on deck
Switch is blurry.
You're going to get about the same experience on both. Tested myself with my oled and my steam deck. Really seems like no wrong way to play this game.
I really like these ones. Could you add a battery test, to compare both of them in optimal settings for Deck.

Can you do Bugsnax next, now it's on Steam, please?
Oh my god, the FPS counting puts everything into the right perspective with this comparison. Thank you !!
Please compare Dark Souls remastered next!
wolfenstein 2
I have over 300 hours on the switch version, and now that i have a steam deck, i would have to replay... WITH MODS. :)

I've got the Switch version and aside from poor performance looks like ultra low settings 😂
@@Saif0412 I ended up buying steam deck lol but kpt my OLED too enjoy em Both
No it doesn’t. This dude is playing the SteamDeck on potato mode!!!!
@@Games.Gadgets.Sportsright, they are both different and have different games. Switch is amazing for Nintendo first party games.
exactly right. Just beat wonder and now playing mario rpg, great games on switch!@@OkiDingo
I would love to see how Hatred runs on Steam Deck...
It says unsupported on steam store for the deck
Run in compatibility mode. Proton 7. This works on many games that say it's not compatible l
It's verified now also pro tip, I've found "unsupported" usually means try on browser mode and force compatability with proton ge
Another with little difference.
@@gdot1803 Yeah obviously
You can only do so much with a ps3/xbox360 game besides port it and keep the same framerate. Switch handles ps3 games no problem.

People are intrested in how much improvement there is. It's like putting an original game and it's remastered side by side.

Me quedo con dragon's dogma en switch oled
