Simple Strawberry Cake Roll｜Bigboyrecipe

No fuzzy process, no complicated ingredients. This fluffy strawberry cake roll is easy to make. In this recipe, I've been using a 28x28 square baking tray for the cake. You can use a rectangle tray instead. Another point to note is the fat content of the cream. Since I am using a 35% fat content cream, I have added some Mascarpone Cheese to make the cream's texture more stable. You could skip the Mascarpone if you are using a 40% or more fat content cream.
Cake Roll(28x28cm):
Strawberry 10 pcs
Large Egg 5 bulbs
Granulated Sugar 80g
Milk 40g
Cake Flour 90g
Vegetable Oil 30g
The Cream:
Whipped Cream(35% fat) 200g
Mascarpone Cheese 55g
Granulated Sugar 30g
