Usually it's not going to be a problem in big cities' commercial zone where the city itself is a tourist destination
I think it has to do with how much you keep to yourself. Casey if pretty good at being in his own bubble and really pulling your attention to him from the people in the back, unless they themself want to approach. I'd imagine it's about how close you are to a crowd and talking into a camera. Casey usually finds a little spot off to the side not near someone it seems.
