The problem with this house is that it is completely outdated for its price range... I can easily buy a house with this style in the states or Europe for 400k to 600k. But for 850k USD a buyer is expecting a modern style and this house is poorly designed, outdated, and is giving used hotel vibes... Whoever buys this house at this price is a sucker. Even Africa has nicer homes than this at comparable prices.
