It’s a town house. Townhomes don’t really come with large back yards.

Hmm if you cannot show the laundry and the garage it's not fit for viewing, main living area on ground floor is too dark and kitchen is too small considering overall sqft. It's a bit of a mis match in design, appears to be modern but then you have those brown doors with traditional brass hardware, not sure if they were changing design as they went along?
I thought of the kitchen as well. This house would be ideal for just a couple with any children.

Although the property looks nice on the outset, on further inspection, there is a lot of very poor finishing for a property that is meant to be high standards. This needs to be stepped up, for the money the developers are charging and I'm assuming they are targeting more wealthy clients the finishing really needs to be considered.

I can't imagine spending that much money and having to look at people outside my kitchen window and my balcony. The orientation of the windows could have been much better.

Most people from the US and Canada can’t even afford a house that price and they make far more money than the average Jamaican. Is how they expect Jamaicans to afford places like this unless there already rich?

For me, the colors and the floor plan need to be improved. The garage door is darker than midnight sky. You will accidently crash into it at night time. The brown panels do not match the grey panels and black frames of the home. There is so much wasted space under the stairs, and the cupboard by the fridge will be too tight to use functionally. The closets themselves look cheap and could use a touch-up.
Yes.... 100% agree.. Had the same thoughts.... these people really need better interior design... looks like a mish-mash of ideas thrown in. Not what you'd expect for this price point.
Poor architecture IMO. My advice to people is don't hire an architect that has never traveled, as his perspective will be limited.

Seriously a townhouse or condo here in USA especially where I live that size is about 2 to 3 million US Dollars with an association fee per month.
The comments on posts showcasing high priced real estate always amaze me. It’s no different from some high maintenance girls in Jamaica that many of men will never be able to afford or say more than hi to. Cut unnu yeye and pass or Gawain guy lease piece a land a country and go kick up suppm.
This house has a identity crisis going on, kitchen cabinets look cheap, the layout is just not working wasted spaces, and what is with the different doors and door styles, its not worth the price when you have to rip it apart and redo.
Who is gonna reach those high ass cabinets.

Beautiful house but the kitchen is a spoiler. The different color cabinets is very distasteful. They should have kept it one color. The tan color cabinets ain’t it. The exterior is 🔥

Jamaica has many country areas with lots of land space. Outside of Port Maria heading east to Highgate, Old Harbour to May Pen, St. Elizabeth etc. just go and search and don’t hand hat where your head can’t reach
