@@Isratrack I have been running for several years ever since I was 5 years until four years ago and have completed many half marathons but also longer runs such as marathons. I am now nearly 60 years old and got osteoporose and been handicapped of other fysical and mental sickness but still I move around and are hiking a lot. Its not the same as long distance running but I get along. I am satisfied with that now. Inga DK.

It was lovely meeting you at 27:13, I trained to drive a sub 9 hour bus but there were too many drivers and I chose to have a chilled run (8:36). If I knew you would make this amazing video, I would have shared your green number journey with you. Well done and congratulations. We will meet at Two Oceans on the sub 5hour bus!

Such a nice video, I relate to it so well because on the day I was running my first one, finished 10:23:15 and I loved every part of it. Comrades is such a amazing race, I've been struggling to describe it ever since finishing. One needs to line up to be able to fully understand and feel the emotions. @The Running Tour Guide I've done 630km this year. I was in G batch last year. This year I've run a F batch qualification. I've run 2 marathons so far and doing marathon 3 next week end of March will do Marathon 4 and in April I do my ultra marathon. Hoping to do a total of 1600km total prep for comrades.

@@Isratrack Have never left the continent of North America. We have ultra races, but nothing on the scales of Comrades. My city hosts a 12K race, which I have completed 17 times.
