@Mrsdivalike 🎉 So happy to see you back!!🎉 To be honest, a lot of what you describe sounds like adhd paralysis. It's ok to self dx because it helps you to find things to accommodate yourself. I self dxd adhd and autism at 44 ( former sped teacher) and later got a medical dx. I had similar issues w anxiety, focus, depression and more. It may help to look up the symptoms/traits. Black women often go undxd into adulthood. You can find a lot of ppl online who vlog and share their internal experience of how adhd effects them and how they manage it. And yes! We want vlogs!!
