    Ingredients:
    1.2 Kg Whole Chicken (cut into pieces)
    1-2 Tbsp cooking oil
    1 Big Carrots
    2 Medium size Potato
    1 White Onion
    7 Caps Dried Shiitake Mushroom (you can substitute it with fresh mushroom)
    4 Dried Red Chilis (you can add more if you want it extra spicy)
    3 Stalks Onion leeks
    150 grams Korean Noodles
    1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    Sesame Seed (optional)
    For Braising Liquid
    1 1/2 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    2 Tbsp Rice Syrup (substitute with Honey if rice syrup is not available)
    2 Tbsp Mirin (if mirin is not available, substitue with Honey)
    5 Cloves Minced Garlic
    1 Medium Thumb Minced Ginger
