Hi all, I'll tell you one thing that worked for me. My son was totally breastfed until he was 20 months. It was the worst journey of my life since he would wake up every one to two hours and my life hell. After 20 months, i had to stay away from him for four days due to work related reasons and he was totally ok. Once he got back to me, he demanded to be fed but i held strong and denied it. And then he slowly understood that there's no way he will get it anymore and he totally got used to it. Quickest way to wean your child is to stay away from your child for two three days.

Hi all, I'll tell you one thing that worked for me. My son was totally breastfed until he was 20 months. It was the worst journey of my life since he would wake up every one to two hours and my life hell. After 20 months, i had to stay away from him for four days due to work related reasons and he was totally ok. Once he got back to me, he demanded to be fed but i held strong and denied it. And then he slowly understood that there's no way he will get it anymore and he totally got used to it. Quickest way to wean your child is to stay away from your child for two three days.
