- Just a very casual video. I'm unboxing my holy grail lolita dress, which is also my first ever brand dress. ^_^ Yay, excitement! Apologies for my croaky voice, it gets like that when I am very tired haha. ^^;

The fact it has pockets makes it so much better I kinda screamed out loud at that but omfg it has poCKETS

I admire your willpower and ability to wait 2 weeks to open a package like that! When I receive anything (especially brand) as soon as it arrives, I pounce on it, drag it back to my lair, and practically chew it open o.O
I literally screamed when you showed the pockets. Dresses with pockets are gifts from god and I had no idea they existed in lolita.

Brands are nice. They are.
But *as long as you feel good in the dress and you look absolutely fabulous wearing it,* it doesn't matter whether it's brand or not. It's the end result that's most important when it comes to every fashion. And that includes lolita.
Must buy more Lolita stuff...need money...ah, bodyline my old friend. Nothing wrong with being a cheapskate :)

One time I ordered from a shop (luckily it was only £15 spent) and never received my package. Didn't get a re-fund or anything :/

Oh dear! That has happened to me though, but I spent about £60! I just couldn't find the shop I ordered from later on when I realised it wouldn't arrive, so I guess it was my fault :(

Thank you for this video! Your obvious joy in receiving this dress is infectious! I think you make the world a happier place, and the world is in dire need of the light of your joy right now. I also love that when people send you things like this dress, or a package from Kawaii Goods or Cute Can Kill, the sender takes the time to add details that make unboxing extra special. It seems to me that lolita can also be about trout fullness and making a happy experience for others. Yet more things we need so desperately in the world right now.

I'm so happy for you! I recently got my first brand dress this year as well after 3.5 years of being a lolita. It was a really special moment that I worked really hard for. To finally be able to own a brand dress was a dream come true! The first time I put it on, I actually spent a few minutes crying in the mirror... just because lolita fashion has been such a big part of my life, and buying a brand dress was a big step for me (and omg, I'm wearing a frickin' Baby the Stars Shine Bright dress!!) I think that some lolitas will feel the same way. n_n

YOUR BOYFRIEND TRYING TO STEAL THE DRESS THOUGH, I CAN'T. You guys are too funny!! But, Peachie, I'm so happy for you!! I'm the same way. My closet is mostly Liz Lisa which are either replicas or bought secondhand for pretty cheap/reasonable prices. But whenever I buy authentic secondhand that's pricey, I always worry about it being worth it and once it arrives, I'm so happy I purchased it!! I try not to waste a lot of money on one item but if it's a dream item and you know you're going to enjoy it, it's best to go for it! We all only have one life (that we know of) so I think it's completely fine to spoil ourselves every now and again or whenever we see fit~ I hope you enjoy your dress!! You look adorable in it!!
