VFIAX thru vanguard. I just learned of VOO not sure what the difference between those two S&P 500 funds are I've been using the Vanguard app their website and customer service is really really good when you call them they're very helpful on the phone it will walk you through everything

I own some long-term hold real estate currently, which has done pretty well. But as a result of focusing on just real estate, I barely know anything about the stock market. I love real estate, but it takes a larger amount of capital and work, and like you mentioned, is not as easy to liquefy. I think it's important to diversify your investment strategy, that way you can continue to have an investment strategy regardless of economic periods and life circumstances. I love how straightforward and clear you presented everything. It really made me understand the basics. Appreciate this video! :)

Such an educative video. these days it ain't easily to pick a stock to invest in, especially for beginners, I started investing a little while ago and i've come to realize that nothing beats first hand experience, that's why it's always advisable to start with an experienced investment consultant.
Having a sneak peak at your portfolio's growth is the best resource I have; I would love a monthly sneak peak.. I wish other RUclips channels followed in PLM's footsteps and were a little more responsible with how they create research in motion. You'r 1 of the only few channels that has never fomented financial research. Thanks for practicing what you preach; it's rare that you see someone online who conducts themselves with principles. I’m doing the same thing as you! Make sure to get a credit card so you can begin building credit by spending like $20 as month and then pay it off so when you get older you can get a loan easier to buy real estate/make an investment.
