The commissioner of the SEC should resign in shame for allowing Truth Social to be listed as a public company. She saw the financials. She knew it was not a going concern. I don't know how he kept getting loans all these years. Even loans he paid in full were nearly always paid late. If you or I did that, it would be at least seven years before we could possibly get another loan and depending on what the issues were (e.g. bankruptcy) it could be even longer.
