With the "prop" body one, when the guy died no one came to claim him as family or anything so the mortition taxidermided him and persevered his body with fermidicide, and put his body on display. Some time later someone stole his body and put it in a storage container. Then someone else bought the storage container decades later, and thought he was a prop and sold him to a theme park as a prop for a haunted house. Then the show was filmed partially at the haunted house where they found out he was a real dead body and not a prop.

The bell was mostly used in the plague ages, where they'd put people below ground to get the dead bodies away, some people could be buried whilst being alive...because they wouldn't even double think about it cause they'd be safer if the body was away from them. So they attached the bell in hopes that some of them could recover or still be alive.
That also got carried along the time, and so comes the popular expression "saved by the bell".

I work in hotels and I can confirm we do have people pass away in some of the rooms, the hotel that I work at only has around 300 rooms and in the nearly 2 years iv been there I'm only aware of 4 people passing while in the hotel, most of which were pre-rona and were often people with terminal illnesses, wanting to travel the world before their time is up, or it is elderly people with preexisting conditions and they pass in their sleep.
How do you guys know when to open the door? If someone does in a room, and they have the do not disturb tag, how do you enter?
The myth with the elevator door. Is if you put your hand in between the door it stays open or reopens. So it closing on your head is where the myth was shown.
